The last date to make changes in the GATE 2023 application form is November 11. To edit the GATE 2022 application form, candidates have to use their enrollment ID/email address and password.  

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will open the application form correction facility for GATE 2023 tomorrow (on November 4, 2022) at gate.iitk.ac.in. The GATE 2023 application form correction window will be available online until November 11, 2022. To edit the GATE 2022 application form, candidates have to use their enrollment ID/email address and password.  

Candidates can change the following details in their registration form - gender, category, PwD status, dyslexia and other similar learning disabilities, contact information for parents/guardians/correspondence address, name and location of the college, roll number, and registration number, exam paper and exam city. 

How to edit GATE 2023 application form 

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to make changes to their application forms. 

  • Vist the official website of GATE at gate.iitk.ac.in. 
  • On the homepage, click on the login option, and a new webpage will open. 
  • Enter the log credentials, GATE 2023 enrollment number or email ID, and password. 
  • Make changes and click on the ‘Submit’ option. 
  • Download the GATE 2023 correction form for future reference.

IIT Kanpur concluded the GATE 2023 registration with a late fee on October 16, 2022. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE is an online national-level examination conducted for Master of Engineering (ME), Masters in Technology (MTech) and direct PhD admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other institutes/universities across India. The exam is jointly conducted by IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee and Indian Institute for Science, Bangalore (IISC Bangalore), on a rotational basis on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB - GATE), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD), Government of India.
