IIT Kanpur Gears Up for 30th Annual Techkriti Fest to be held from March 14 to 17

IIT Kanpur will be hosting 30th edition of Techkriti from March 14 to 17, 2024. This year's theme, "The Cosmic Nexus," will attract more than 60,000 attendees from over 1,500 colleges globally. Know details here 

The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) will be hosting the 30th edition of Techkriti from March 14 to 17, 2024. Marking its 30th anniversary, this four-day festival will showcase a spectacular blend of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurial spirit. This year's Pearl Jubilee Edition is themed "The Cosmic Nexus." Techkriti stands as the largest technical and entrepreneurial festival in Asia, attracting participants and spectators from across the globe. 

It welcomes more than 60,000 attendees from over 1,500 renowned institutions worldwide. Transforming the IITK campus into a dynamic center for intellectual and creative pursuits, this year's event features competitions across a variety of categories, with a total prize pool exceeding 55 Lakhs. Additionally, it offers opportunities for employment and internships, further enhancing its appeal.

Competitions at IIT Kanpur Techkriti 2024 

The festival features competitive events spanning various domains, including Robogames, Take Off, Software Corner, Mandakini, Model United Nations, Fintech, ECDC, Design, and Technovation. Techkriti also offers an array of workshops conducted by industry experts from esteemed companies such as CISCO, Mastercard, Autodesk, StockGro, Altair, and more. Covering trending topics from AI/ML to ChatGPT and Electric Vehicles, these workshops provide valuable insights and hands-on learning experiences.

Techkriti is set to offer workshops in key areas including IoT in collaboration with Google, Robotics, Drones, and Blockchain Technology, aiming to showcase the latest advancements in science and technology to aspiring engineers and science aficionados.Noteworthy attractions include an Auto Expo that boasts an impressive Ferrari among other vehicles, as well as NAO by Softbank Robotics, a humanoid robot that is transforming the dynamics of human-robot interaction.
