IIT Patna to conduct FDP on Entrepreneurship Skill Development

The last date to apply for the Indian Institute of Technology Patna Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship Skill Development is November 20, 2023.

The Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna is organising a Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship Skill Development from November 22 to December 3, 2023.

The registration fee is INR 750 applicable for attending FDP. 50 participants are allowed on a first come first serve basis.

The course content is designed for the faculty/ Ph.D./ PG students to motivate them to learn about Entrepreneurship. The participants will be encouraged to become entrepreneurs and they will get answers to their queries and hurdles to start with. Detailed feedback will be taken from all participants for the FDP, regarding their queries and hurdles to start with.

The course is suitable for fresher's (UG/PG including Ph.D. students), scientists in R&D organisations, faculty members, and technical professionals interested in this domain. The benefits expected after attending the FDP include increased job opportunities, understanding the skill set required to asses the pre-feasibility of the project through a market survey, prospects of motivation achievement and soft skills development, and developing a business plan and understanding of legal formalities.

IIT Patna invites applications for JRF recruitment

The candidate desirably should have M.E./M.Tech. degree with a minimum CPI of 6.5 out of 10 or 60 % of marks. The upper age limit for applying for the JRF position shall be 32 years. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/women/PD will be given as per the GoI rules. Working/research experience in the field of Signal Processing and/or Machine Learning will be given preference. The candidate will be encouraged to apply for PhD admission at IIT Patna.

Interested and eligible candidates may appear for the INTERVIEW in Online/Offline mode on October 16, 2023, at 11.00 AM at Department of Electrical Engineering office, First Floor, Block 3, IIT Patna, Bihta, Patna – 801106 with updated resume along with the original copies of all supporting documents (certificates, mark-sheets, and degrees). No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the interview. The soft copy application in a single PDF file needs to be sent to the following email ID by October 13, 2023.
