IIT Madras has released JEE Advanced application form 2024 for foreign candidates. The foreign candidates are not required to qualify the JEE Main 2024 ciutoff to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2024. Check complete details below.
JEE Advanced 2024 registration for foreign nationals has started. IIT Madras has commenced the JEE Advanced 2024 registration form for foreign nationals today, April 16 at 5 pm. The online application form is now available at jeeadv.ac.in. The last date to apply for JEE Advanced 2024 is May 7 and the deadline for payment of the JEE Advanced registration fee is May 10. The Indian nationals will be able to start the JEE Advanced 2024 application process from April 27 after the JEE Mains result is out, which is expected on April 25.

Online Registration for JEE (Advanced) 2024 is now open for Foreign National Candidates (including OCI / PIO Candidates who have secured OCI/PIO cards on or after 04.03.2021). The link for registration portal is: https://jeeadv.nic.in/.
Steps to apply for JEE Advanced 2024
Step 1: Go to the official website: jeeadv.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, JEE (Advanced) 2024 Registration for Foreign Nationals .
Step 3: On the new page, register with the details asked.
Step 4: Fill up the form, enter the preferred exam centre, upload the documents and pay the JEE Advanced registration fees.
Step 5: Submit the form and take a printout of it for future references.
Who is Considered a Foreign National?
Foreign nationals seeking to register for JEE Advanced 2024 are not required to undergo the JEE Main 2024 examination. They may directly register for JEE Advanced 2024, provided they meet other eligibility criteria.
To be eligible:
- Applicants must not hold Indian citizenship, either by birth or naturalization, excluding Overseas Citizens of India / Persons of Indian Origin (OCI/PIO) who obtained OCI/PIO card on or after 04.03.2021.
- Their date of birth should be on or after October 1, 1999.
- In countries where compulsory service in the armed forces (or allied) for a specific period is mandatory before/after completing class XII (or equivalent) examination, a relaxation in the required number of years will be granted.
- All foreign national candidates will be considered separately from the 2,50,000 Indian national candidates eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced 2024.
- Seats allotted to foreign nationals will be supernumerary, with a maximum limit of 10% of the total number of seats available in each course. There are no separate supernumerary seats or sub-categories for females among the foreign national supernumerary seats.
