JEE Advanced 2025 Exam Date Announced; IIT Kanpur Updates Complete Schedule at jeeadv.ac.in
JEE Advanced 2025 exam date is May 18. Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur has announced the exam date at jeeadv.ac.in, today. JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be held in computer-based test mode. There will be two papers - paper 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates have to attempt and qualify in both papers to be eligible for IIT admissions. Each paper will have three sections, namely, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
Admission to the IITs is granted to candidates who qualify the JEE Advanced exam. Seats are allotted in the IITs based on their JEE Advanced ranks and course preferences through a centralized process managed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The JEE Advanced exam allows candidates to apply for various programs offered by the IITs, including BTech, BS, BArch, BTech and MTech dual degrees, as well as Integrated MTech and Integrated MSc programs.

Top 2,50,000 candidates of JEE Mains 2025 will be able to apply for JEE Advanced 2025. JEE Main 2025 January session will be held from January 22 to 31, 2025 and the April session exams will be held from April 1 to 8, 2025. The JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced 2025 and the JEE Main AIR will be declared with the final result of JEE Main 2025 after the April session exams.
