NPCIL Announces Recruitment Through GATE 2025
The Nuclear Power Corporation of India has released a notification regarding recruiting executive trainees based on GATE 2023, 2024, and 2025 scores. Per the official advertisement, candidates who have applied for mechanical, chemical, electrical, electronics, civil, and instrumentation engineering are eligible for GATE NPCIL 2025 recruitment. The Nuclear Power Corporation of India will recruit executive trainees through GATE 2025. The authority has published the notification for the NPCIL GATE recruitment on the GATE official website - npcil.careers.co.in. A detailed notification will be announced online within ten days of the GATE 2025 result announcement (March 19, 2025). Candidates with valid GATE 2023, 2024, and 2025 scores are eligible for NPCIL recruitment through GATE 2025.
NPCIL GATE Recruitment 2025 Notifications
The GATE NPCIL recruitment is expected to be released in April 2025. Candidates who have appeared and qualified for GATE in CE, CH, EC, EE, IN, and ME test papers can apply. The candidates will be selected based on their GATE scores, followed by a personal interview. IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The results of GATE 2025 will be announced on March 19, 2025.
GATE NPCIL 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to apply for NPCIL executive trainee through GATE 2025 scores must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the conducting authorities, which are as follows -
- The nationality of the candidate must be Indian.
- Candidates must have completed B.Tech/B.E or B.Sc Engineering/Integrated M.Tech from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- The upper age limit for general category candidates is 26, and for OBC and SC/ST, it is 29 and 31, respectively.
- Candidates studying in the final year are also eligible to apply for the NPCIL GATE 2025 recruitment.
- Applicants with GATE scores in 2023, 2024, and 2025 can apply for the recruitment.
NPCIL will recruit engineering graduates as executive trainees (ET-2025) in the following disciplines -
- Mechanical engineering (ME)
- Chemical Engineering (CH)
- Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
- Instrumentation Engineering (IN)
- Civil Engineering (CE)

Q: How to calculate GATE 2025 Score?
The exam authority will calculate the GATE score by considering the raw marks secured by candidates in the GATE 2025 result. The raw marks, or actual marks, will be allotted to the candidates after evaluating the answers. The GATE score for the multi-session exam will be calculated by converting the raw marks into the normalised marks for that particular subject. The raw marks will be used for calculating the GATE score based on the qualifying marks. The scorecard will be available to qualified candidates only. Candidates should keep the soft copy of the GATE scorecard safe for future use. To check the GATE 2025 result, candidates need their enrollment ID/email ID, and password.
