NCHMCT has released the seat allotment list for the first round of counselling process for BSc HA course. Check details here. 

The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has released the first round seat allotment list for NCHM JEE 2022 counselling process. Candidates participating in the NCHM JEE 2022 counselling rounds can check the seat allotment list on the official website - nchmcounselling.nic.in. The seat allotment list is available only through login as the counselling authority does not publish it. 

How to check NCHMCT JEE 2022 seat allotment list?

Candidates can check their seat allotment status as per the steps mentioned below:

  1. Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2022 Counselling - https://nchmcounselling.nic.in/ 
  2. Click on the link for ‘Round 1 Seat Allotment Result for B.Sc. in Hotel Management 2022” given on the Candidate Activity Board
  3. A new window will open up for the counselling login, and candidates need to select their course ‘NCHM Counselling for B.Sc. in Hotel Management 2022” and enter their Roll Number, Password and Security Pin to login 
  4. The seat allotment list for each IHM will appear on the screen

The seat allotment list contains ranks of qualified candidates and institutes allotted to them as per their preferences. Moreover, opening and closing ranks for each category will also be mentioned against each IHM to get an idea about the NCHM JEE 2022 cut offs. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round can now:

  • Upload Scanned Documents as per their course eligibility 
  • Willingness submission, for Float or Freeze options 
  • Pay Seat Acceptance Fee to confirm their allotted seat

NCHMCT conducts a centralized counselling process for BSc Hotel Administration course admission in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 25 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, one Public Sector Undertaking and 24 Private Institutes of Hotel Management.

Hai ma'am my son got sellectedbfor srinagar in second round as we put floating and payed fee though looking for other place.whether he will get orher place in the final round for that pls suggest .

i am trying since morning to login , but its says Login schedule is over. what to do. i don't know whether allotment is declared

Hi Anshu, Yes, the seat allotment registration has been over on July 25 itself. You can participate in the third round, which will begin from August 1 onwards. The last date of registration for the third round is August 4. Please leave comment for any other query.

Dear madam / Sir, 1 st counseling 1 selected Bangalore IHM. Seat also allotted Bangalore IHM. But we prefer Chennai IHM only. In the portal we wrongly put freeze instead of float. Kindly advise shall we apply 2 round allotment. Please advise. with regards R.Balakrishnan student parent

Dear madam/sir, 1 st counseling i selected Bangalore IHM. Bangalore IHM alloted, but we prefer Chennai IHM only. But i wrongly put Freeze. Please confirm shall we apply second counselling.

However, you can download the first allotment letter which mentions your seat allotment for IHM Chennai.
