Candidates will not be allowed to carry the following items inside the examination hall on NHCMCT JEE 2023 exam day:

• Instruments 
• Geometry or Pencil box 
• Handbag 
• Purse 
• Any kind of Paper / Stationery / Textual material (printed or written material) 
• Eatables (loose or packed) 
• Mobile Phone / Earphone/ Microphone/ Pager 
• Calculator 
• DocuPen 
• Slide Rules 
• Log Tables 
• Camera 
• Tape Recorder 
• Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator 
• Any metallic item or electronic gadgets / devices 

Candidates will be allowed to carry following documents on the exam day:

• Transparent water bottle (without any labels)
• Hand sanitizer (50 ml)
• A simple transparent Ball Point Pen
• Original valid ID proof
• A passport size photograph for affixing on the Attendance Sheet.
• Mask and Gloves

Candidates have to carry admit card for NCHMCT JEE 2023 as well as, any of the following documents:

• PAN card
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID
• Passport
• Aadhaar Card (With photograph)
• E-Aadhaar
• Ration Card
• Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo

Candidates, unfortunately are not allowed to get their test centre changed as the admit card has been released already. In case of any doubt/ query, candidates can contact the helpdesk as under:

Candidates need to check carefully once the undertaking for NCHMCT JEE 2023 admit card has been submitted. The admit card can be accessed from the 'Download Admit Card' button as available on the screen after submitting declaration form.

 

Candidates download the admit card for NCHMCT JEE 2023 must check the following details on it carefully:

• NCHMCT JEE 2023 Roll number 
• Candidate's name as registered in the application form
• Candidates' Gender and Category 
• Father’s name 
• Date of Birth 
• Candidate’s signature and photo 
• Test paper medium 
• Exam date and time 
• Course name 
• Test centre name, number and address 
• Reporting time 
• Centre Guidelines

Candidates need to provide following details for COVID-19 infection: 

If candidates do not have any of the flu-like symptoms, then they can proceed to download the admit card. 

Candidates downloading the admit card first need to fill the declaration form and then proceed to download the admit card by entering the login details as under:

• Application Number
• Date of Birth 
• Security PIN

Thereafter, candidates need to enter on the submit button to access admit card.
