DU Admission 2023: Delhi University receives nearly 1.5 lakh registrations in a day
Going by the exact data until June 22, 2023, 6 PM, 1,47,317 students have registered for undergraduate admissions 2023 at DU. Out of the total, 74,312 applications have been submitted, and 73,005 applications are yet to be submitted.
DU Admissions 2023: Delhi University admissions are underway and over 14,000 students have registered for DU Admissions 2023. Going by the exact data until June 22, 2023, 6 PM, 1,47,317 students have registered for undergraduate admissions 2023 at DU. Out of the total, 74,312 applications have been submitted, and 73,005 applications are yet to be submitted.
Meanwhile, as per the latest development, students aspiring to take admission to DU but did not select Delhi University as a preference while registering for CUET-UG can still apply for admission to the university through its CSAS portal.
The Dean of Admission of Delhi University have clarified that If a candidate has not selected Delhi University as a preference while registering for CUET-UG can still apply for admission to the university through the varsity’s CSAS portal. Similarly, if a student has selected desired programmes, he/she can also apply for the programmes during phase II of the CUET.
The varsity has also warned the students who want to change their contact information. Delhi University stated that while candidates are allowed to add their mobile number and email ID as alternate forms of contact information, the varsity will consider the contact information which was submitted in the CUET UG application form, as only that is considered as ‘authentic’ and all the information regarding admission will be sent to the number only.
Under DU Admissions 2023, 5 per cent of the total sanctioned strength of every college will be allocated for ECA and sports supernumerary quota.
