The University of Delhi has released the list of vacant seats for DU UG Admission 2023. Candidates seeking admission to DU and could not make it to the Delhi University first merit list 2023 are advised to not lose hope and wait for the vacant seat list.

Applicants must note that DU Admission 2023 vacant seat list will be published on the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) admission portal of the varsity at du.ac.in and admission.uod.ac.in.

According to the official schedule, with the release of the vacant seat list, the varsity has commenced the DU second round of CSAS allocation and admissions on August 7. After that, candidates will be given the option to re-order higher preference, if any from August 7 to Aug 8, 2023. Meanwhile, the varsity will release the CSAS 2nd Allocation list on August 10. Shortlisted candidates will have to 'Accept' the allotted seats between August 10 to 13, 2023.

Delhi University released the seat allotment list for the first round of CSAS 2023 on August 1. According to the latest data shared by the University, the varsity allotted provisional seats to 85,853 students. There will be three rounds of CSAS allocations and admissions. However, in case of availailty of vacant seats, the University may announce more rounds of seat allotment.

How to accept DU CSAS seat allocation 2023?

Students can follow the steps given below to accept the seats and DU college allotted to them.

• Go to the DU CSAS official website, ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
• Click on the CUET application number, password and captcha code.
• Submit the credentials entered.
• Now check the DU CSAS allocation status.
• Accept the seat and make the fee payment for admission and to be considered for upgradation.
• Download the fee receipt for future reference.
