IIT Madras announces HSEE 2021 schedule; exam to be conducted on June 13

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) have announced the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam (HSEE) schedule for the 2021 academic year and the HSEE 2021 exam will be conducted on June 13, 2021. The application forms for HSEE 2021 will be released from February 1 onwards and the last date to submit the application form is till March 15. Candidates who are interested in applying for admission to the five-year integrated MA programme offered at IIT Madras will have to clear HSEE 2021 in order to secure a seat in the programme offered.

Candidates are also required to check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission as ineligible application forms will not be accepted. Here is the HSEE 2021 schedule released by IIT Madras which is as follows:

How to Apply for HSEE 2021

Once the application forms are released online on February 1, 2021, candidates can go through the following steps on how to apply online for HSEE 2021 which is as follows:

Step 1: The candidate will first have to visit the official website of HSEE 2021 in order to apply online.

Step 2: Click on the link ‘Apply for HSEE’ which will be available on the homepage of the entrance exam website.

Step 3: The candidate will have to create a registered ID and password by entering the basic details as mentioned such as name, mobile number and email ID.

Step 4: Once an ID is created, the candidate can proceed to fill the application form online.

Step 5: Enter the personal and academic details along with the documents as mentioned.

Step 6: Once the details are filled, proceed to select the payment option i.e. online or offline. Candidates can either pay the application fee through online mode i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card, or through offline i.e. through Indian Bank Challan.

Step 7: If the payment is done online, the candidate will get a confirmation mail straight away.
