JNU has extended the last date to block the seats for admission and have also released a list of FAQs related to the 2020 admission process.

JNU extends last date to block seats to December 8!

The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has further extended the last date to block the seats for admission to the programme applied for till December 8, 2020. Earlier, JNU had extended the last date to block seats from December 2 to December 5, however, to ease the problems faced by many students, the varsity decided to extend the last date to December 8, 2020, however, there will be no further extensions after the aforementioned dates. Students who are applying for admission to MA, MSc, MTech, MCA, BA (Hons), MPH, PG Diploma and other programmes can block their seat straight away if they have not been able to do so.

The candidate is required to visit the official website of JNU in order to block their seat. Students will be notified when to upload their documents and pay the fees to secure admission in the programme applied for.

The JNUEE 2020 results were released on November 30 and the first cut-off lists were released online on December 1, 2020. The portal to block the seats was made available once the cut-off lists were released, however, many students faced technical problems, and hence the window to block the seats was extended to December 8, 2020.
