The admit card of AIBE 2023 appears as under:

After facing technical issues for over 10 hours, the official website is now working fine. Candidates can download the admit card from allindiabarexamination.com. If they are still facing any issue then they can call on the helpdesk numbers. 

Some of the important instructions mentioned on AIBE 2023 admit card are:

Candidates are required to carry this admit card along with one Photo ID proof to their respective examination centre. Candidates without admit card shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre.

Candidates should report at their respective Examination Centre by 08:30 AM Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after 10:15 AM

Candidates are allowed to carry only BARE ACTS (without notes and comments) inside the examination centre.

Electronic or Communication devices of any kind (such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watch etc.) and Books or Notes (except BARE ACTS without notes and comments) are not allowed in the Examination Hall.

Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the examination and without handing over the Answer sheet.

All markings on the answer sheet must be with Blue/Black Ball Point Pen only. Using a pencil for marking on the answer sheet will lead to Disqualification of the exam.

Candidate should enter the roll number on the answer sheet as it is mentioned on the admit card and fill in the respective ovals. Any mismatch would lead to disqualification.

Candidate must follow the instruction strictly as mentioned on the test booklet cover.

Candidate should fill the Question Booklet Set Code and Roll Number and all other necessary information correctly on the answer sheet.

In case of more than 50% disability, 20 minutes extra time per hour will be allowed to the candidate. Kindly submit a certified copy of your disability certificate to the invigilator to avail the extra time.

In case of any disability, which prevents a candidate from writing the exam himself, then the scribe should preferably be a class 10th or 12th student (not from Humanities) and such scribe shall be required to carry school identity card, age and address proof viz Aadhar Card. No scribe shall be provided by the Examination Center.

The candidature to the examination is provisional. Only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria should appear in the  exam. If at any stage it is found that you are not eligible for the All India Bar Examination, your candidature will be rejected.

Candidates found cheating/resorting to unfair means by the invigilators shall ordinarily be debarred from taking the exam. 

A large number of candidates are facing technical issues in accessing the admit card, and now the exam authority has floated a message on the website stating, "Candidate who have paid the application fee can download their admit card for AIBE XVII. 

Bare Acts without notes are allowed .In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to discretion of the Examiner/ Invigilator. 

The website - allindiabarexamination.com is slow/ has delayed response. The candidates who have successfully downloaded the admit card informed that it took them more than 20 minutes to access it. Candidates are advised to try from a different browser and wait for the site to respond. 

AIBE 2023 exam centre official may provide some space to keep personal belonging of candidates including phones and bags. However, they will not be allowed to take it inside the examination hall. Moreover, in case of any loss of such personal belongings, the exam centre officials may not be liable. Therefore, candidates must take care of their belonging themselves, if they want to carry it to the test centre. 

No, candidates must carry the original card of any of the permitted National Identification Card as issued by a competent Authority under Government of India. 

Candidates also need to get original documents along with the admit card on the exam day. The documents (any 1) allowed are:

• Voter ID,
• Driving License,
• Aadhaar Card,
• PAN Card,
• Passport,
• Provisional Enrollment ID as issued by State Bar Council.

No, candidates must not download the admit card only on their mobile phones, as the exam authority will not consider it and bar such candidates from taking AIBE 2023. Candidates must download the admit card from the website, and get printouts (color) at least two copies to carry on the exam day. 

Previously, when the admit card of AIBE 2023 was scheduled to be out on January 30, the exam authority has also mentioned last date of downloading admit card i.e. February 3, 2023. However, now as admit card was rescheduled and released on February 1, 2023, the exam authority has not mentioned any last date for donwloading admit cards.

Candidates can download AIBE XVII admit card till the day of examination too, however, as they will have to travel to their allotted test centre location, they are advised to download it before February 3, 2023. This way, candidates will be able to avoid last minute incoveniences. 

BCI has not provided separate guidelines for PWD/ SAP candidates. In case any candidates wants to get facilities under these categories then they can write an email with their concern and send it to the exam authorities on the following:

The exam authority will see the concern of the candidates, and provide facilities at the test centres (nearest to save the travel) for PWD/SAP/ PH candidates.

Majority of the candidates are able to login and download admit card from the website. However, there are still a large number of candidates who are either not able to access the admit card or it is not available even on login. Such candidates are writing their issue to the exam authority on the official email address. The admit card for those who have not uploaded enrollment ceritificate will not be issued, as the exam authority has informed candidates in previous notifications. 

"Those students who got call ONLY may please Attach at the earliest ASAP, as from 2'nd February 2023 Admit Card will be issued. Those failing to do now, may face problems for Admit Card in future."

The instructions mentioned on the AIBE 2023 admit card include: 

• Exam day guidelines to be followed at the test centre while reporting, occupying seats, and taking the exam
• Admit card related information
• COVID-19 guidelines related information
• PWD/ Scribe related information

As informed by the exam authority on the website, Candidates can carry Bare Acts without short notes, but in case of unavailability, candidates can carry Bare Acts with short/ minimum notes. The exam centre officials may allow such candidates with genuine reason. However, the candidates must ensure that non handwritten notes are mentioned on these Bare Acts. They also must not carry any other reference material, preparation notes, guides/ guess papers or books. Moreover, Printouts or Photocopies of Bare Acts with or without short notes will not be allowed for any candidate. 

AIBE XVII will be held as per the exam pattern shared by BCI, which is as under:

• Exam mode - Paper-Based Test 
• Exam duration - 3 hours and 30 minutes (10 am to 1:30 pm)
• Test medium - 22 vernacular languages and English
• Subjects - 19 law subjects
• Total questions - 100 questions
• Type of questions - Multiple-choice questions
• Marking Scheme - One mark per question, and no negative marking in case of wrong attempt

The exam authority has informed candidates that, "No changes can be done in admit card, we have updated the requested details in your applicationform.You will get your result with correct details. All the details will be picked up fromyour applicationformitself. This will not affect your candidature and examination process."

Many candidates are not able to download AIBE XVII admit card on login, as they see a message 'Admit Card is not available'. In case you are also facing the same issue then contact the exam helpdesk on their given numbers

The admit card may not be generated due to various reasons, and the exam authority will check if there is some technical glitch in admit card availability.

BCI has released AIBE XVII admit card to all registered candidates. The admit card is available via candidates login at https://register.cbtexams.in/BCI/Registration/Account/Login

Due to heavy server, many candidates are facing technical issues or are not able to access admit card for AIBE 2023. They are advised to login after sometime, when the website is operating properly.

Since BCI has not released AIBE XVII admit card yet, the direct link to download the hall ticket is not available. Candidates will get direct link to download AIBE XVII hall ticket at allindiabarexamination.com only. 

AIBE XVII hall ticket was expected to be available after 5 pm today, but it has been delayed due to some technical reasons. The website shows message like ' The service is unavailable or 502, Bad Gateway'. We are trying to get latest information from the exam authorities as early as possible. However, no information on admit card or exam postponement is available. AIBE 2023 to be held on February 5, 2023 as per the schedule only.

AIBE official website is currently under maintenance as the exam authority is uploading admit cards in accounts of all registered candidates. All the candidates are requested to check the website every few minutes. 

As large number of candidates will be downloading AIBE 2023 admit card once it is released, the official website can face some down time. In case, the website is not working for a longer time, then candidates can try to clear cache from browser history or try from any other browser. Candidates can also wait for sometime for server load to lighten and check again. In case, the website does not open up soon or in any other browser, then candidates can contact the exam helpdesk on given numbers.

BCI informs that the admit card mentioning a different ID can happen in following circumstances:

• Multiple registrations for AIBE 2023
• Payment for AIBE 2023 done with another application id, but searching admit card with an application Id, for which payment was incomplete. In this situation, admit card will not be issued to candidates for incomplete application form. 
• In another scenario, the payment receipts may not be showing Payment ID (of razor pay). Therefore, AIBE officials cannot find the payment status.

The exam authority also stated, "We suggest you to kindly share all your mobile numbers with our helpdesk, which you think you could have tried to fill the application. Let us search your application id and send you."

There may be some technical lags in loading the admit card of AIBE 2023, for this the exam authority has asked the candidates to:

1. Open Browser, and go to settings
2. Click Security and Privacy, and click Clear Browsing Data
3. Clear browsing Data for All Time, and close Browsing Data
4. Next, open again browser, then put the link https://register.cbtexams.in/BCI/Registration/, for AIBE 2023 admit card login and check.

The admit card of AIBE 2023 will mention important details related to the exam day, test centre location, name, exam timings, reporting timings, as well as exam day instructions. The exact details to be checked on AIBE 2023 admit card are:

Candidates can login for AIBE 2023 admit card at official websites via direct link (to be provided soon). They can access the admit card if they have uploaded SBC certificate as informed earlier. If they have not uploaded/ failed to upload it properly then the admit card login window will show ' AIBE 2023 admit card not generated/ available".
