BCI has released commonly asked questions for AIBE 2023, and it will be held as per schedule only. AIBE 2023 to be held in offline mode, and Bare Acts with short notes will be allowed. Candidates can write to BCI to get their details corrected. Check details here.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has finally cleared confusions regarding AIBE 2023 exam mode, bare acts, and application correction details. With answering all questions around AIBE 2023, BCI has confirmed that the exam will be held in offline mode. Moreover, Bare Acts will be allowed, and with short notes too. Candidates who want to get their details corrected in AIBE 2023 application form. Read below for more details.

Are Bare Acts with Short notes allowed?

Yes, BCI informs that Bare Acts without short notes are allowed without a doubt. Moreover, in case the candidates do not have/ could not get Bare Acts without short notes, the exam centre official may allow them to take the exam. However, allowing candidates to carry Bare Acts with short notes (least notes as possible) is at the discretion of the centre officials only. 

The message floated across the website stated, 'Bare Acts without notes are allowed. In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to discretion of the Examiner/Invigilator"

What is the mode of AIBE 2023?

In the document uploaded on the website, the exam authority stated, "Please note BCI 2023 exam is in Offline Mode (Pen & Paper Based)."

How to get Application details corrected?

In case, candidates want to get their details corrected in the application form of AIBE 2023, they can write an email to the BCI helpdesk at - BCI.helpdesk@cbtexams.in.

As the exam authority informed, "Regret to inform you that Name, Enrolment Number, Date of Birth, are un-editable at this moment. Requesting you to kindly send us your complete details and the changes required, we will do the needful from backend and you may kindly check back the same after 28th January 2023, if still issue not updated please feel free to contact the helpdesk"

Can I change AIBE 2023 test centre location?

As of now, candidates cannot edit their application forms for AIBE 2023, and if they want to change their details with respect to exam centre then they can contact the helpdesk as under:
