Army Institute of Law to upload details of admission of 1st year of BA LLB 5-year course soon

Army Institute of Law has notified that it will upload the details of the admission to 1st year of BA LLB 5-year course soon on the website. Law Entrance Test (LET) is expected in the month of June 2023 for a total of 80 seats. The information will be uploaded after the issuance of a Notification by the Secretary, of Higher Education, Government of Punjab.

The Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali will upload the details for admission to the 5 years Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) course 2023-24 on the website after the issuance of Notification by the Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Punjab.

The Law Entrance Test is expected in the month of June 2023 for a total of 80 seats including 75 seats for Wards of Army Personnel and 05 seats for All India General Category.

"Law Entrance Test (LET) is likely to be held in the month of Jun 2023 for 75 seats for Wards of Army Personnel and 05 seats of All India General Category," says the official notification.

Candidates for both Army and All India Category will be called for counselling as per merit in the written exam. Admission will be granted only if the candidate is found eligible on the day of counselling.

Admission to 20 seats of the Punjab Residents Civil Category will be done through centralized online counselling as per directions of the Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Punjab.

There are a total of 100 seats in the BA LLB course at the Army Institute of Law including 75 seats for Wards of Army Personnel, 20 seats for the Punjab Resident Civil Category, and 5 seats for All India Civil Categories.

At the Army Institute of Law, the classes for second and fifth-year students for the next semester will start with effect from today, February 6, 2023.
