Strictly follow CLAT 2024 syllabus

Do not waste time picking random topics outside the CLAT 2024 syllabus. Law aspirants are advised to go through the CLAT 2024 syllabus thoroughly and prepare according to the same.  Only reading topics mentioned in the syllabus will help students save their time and effort. Sticking to CLAT 2024 syllabus will help students score well in the law entrance exam.

Make notes to avoid last-minute hassle

Making note is an important step to prepare for any exam. Notes often help students revise the exam syllabus and important topics in an efficient manner. Revising the whole syllabus from books before the exam will be time-consuming, as well as confusing. Students are advised to make notes of tricks and important formulas to revise topics and prepare effectively for CLAT 2024.

CLAT 2024 exam pattern

The CLAT 2023 exam will consist of 120 multiple-type choice questions. The two-hour duration law entrance exam comes with a negative marking for each wrong answer. Each wrong answer in CLAT 2024 will attract a penalty of 0.25 marks.

The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) conducted CLAT for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law courses. Candidates qualifying for the law entrance exam will be eligible to take admission to any of the twenty-two National Law Universities based on their rank and score.

According to the exam’s website, CLAT 2024 will be approximately 22-26 questions from English, 28-32 questions from Current Affairs, including General Knowledge, 28-32 questions from Legal Reasoning, 22-26 questions from Logical Reasoning and 10-14 questions from Quantitative Techniques.
