ILICAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
The candidates seeking admissions to a one-year LLM course at ILI need to fulfil the eligibility criteria as under:
- They should have obtained an LLB Degree with minimum 50 per cent marks from any University/Institution that is recognised by the Bar Council of India or Law course from a foreign country with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent grade as per the Association of Indian University (AIU) Guidelines.
- The candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped category need to secure at least 45 per cent marks as per the relaxation is given for these reserved categories.
- Those belonging to the Kashmiri Migrant category should have secured at least 40 per cent marks in the qualifying degree examination.
