The minimum cut off marks declared by ili for students to be eligible to appear for this entrance examination is 50% aggregate in Bachelor of law examination. Based on the marks obtained in this examination and the number of seats available across different categories of students, the institute calls a certain number of students for viva voce or interview. The institute does not announce any cut off marks in the entrance examination that the conduct. However the weightage for different categories of questions in this examination is decided by the institute just prayer to the announcement of the dates of this examination. Yes, you can fill the ILICAT Entrance Exam application form in phases. Each step of the ILICAT application form will provide a 'Save' option using which candidates can save the filled-in information. In case, candidates want to exit and complete the application form next time then they simply need to log in again and continue from where they left. The concerned state government funds these universities and hence their fees etc. are very minimal. However, these have made a name for themselves in a very short period. As a result of this, many top-notch recruiters come to these NLUs during placements season. As far as the situation in Delhi is concerned, NLU, Delhi placements often fetch higher median salary as compared with Indian Law Institute, a much older establishment. For example, in case of LLM students, median salary is about INR 6LPA in ILS while it's about INR 10LPA in case of NLU Delhi. A similar situation can be observed in the case of law graduation students also. So if you want to join an institution where during placements, students get higher median salary, you must join NLU Delhi.
