NALSAR alumnus to pursue LLM at Yale Law School 2023-2024

NALSAR University of Law alumnus Medha Damojipurapu is all set to pursue LLM from Yale Law School 2023-24. She will explore her research interests in public international law and human rights and work towards pursuing a career in academia. Read here for more details.

NALSAR University of Law has notified that one of the alumni has been admitted to the LLM program at Yale Law School 2023-2024. 

"We are delighted to share that our alumnus, Medha Damojipurapu (NALSAR '19) has been admitted to the prestigious LL.M. program at Yale Law School (2023-2024)," tweeted NALSAR.

"At Yale, Medha will explore her research interests in public international law and human rights and work towards pursuing a career in academia. We are proud of her achievement and wish her all the very best for her time at Yale," reads another tweet by the university.

NALSAR: Ahimsa Fellowship Applications are open

Applications for the 2023–24 Ahimsa Fellowship are now open. The Cohort is India’s first fellowship of its kind which gives direction to your dedication and compassion for animals. 

The Ahimsa Fellows are a network of committed and trained individuals across India who are motivated to take action using tools like effective policy advocacy, public awareness and movement-building, to achieve the common goal of combating animal suffering. 

The curriculum of the programme has been curated with inputs from leading experts in the niche yet diverse field of animal protection and the social sector. 

Recently, NALSAR team won the Alona M. Evans Award for 4th Best Overall Memorial at the 2023 White & Case International Rounds of the 64th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
