National Law University Delhi will be hosting alumni of Batch 2013 tomorrow, February 11, 2023, on campus at 11: 30 am. The university will conduct a series of interactive sessions with its senior alumni. During the session, the alumni will speak to the current batches about court craft and building a career in litigation.

NLUD's Dept of Alumni Relations will be hosting Vinayak Bhandari & Aditya Sharma (Batch of 2013) on campus tomorrow at 11:30 am. They will be speaking to the current batches about court craft and building a career in litigation.

"It has been a decade since the first batch of NLU Delhi graduated. To celebrate this milestone, NLU Delhi's Department of Alumni Relations is conducting a series of interactive sessions with its senior most alumni and for the second session of the alumni interactive series , Department of Alumni Relations is pleased to host Aditya Sharma and Vinayak Bhandari," says an official statement.

Aditya Sharma is the Legal Advisor to the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, Counsel for the Union of India, State of Madhya Pradesh at the Supreme Court of India, and Panel Counsel for Punjab National Bank.

Vinayak Bhandari graduated from NLU Delhi in 2012 and pursued a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge. Currently, an independent lawyer working on matters relating to Law and Policy.

Applications are open for the Comparative Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law course

The last date to apply for the Comparative Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law course at NLUD is February 19, 2023. The course includes sessions on the nature and incidence of insolvency and bankruptcy, moratorium under laws in India & UK, liquidation and priority of payment in India and the UK, resolving insolvency in India, the impact of insolvency on executory contracts in the UK, avoidance transactions in India and UK, non-implementation of resolution plan, treatment of workers and employees in India and UK, resolution of personal guarantors to corporate, and international and cross border insolvency.
