The IIM Sambalpur youth summit saw the participation of around 400 delegates from 28 states, three Union Territories, and 22 countries, making it a truly international event.
IIM Sambalpur, in collaboration with Project Point, Odisha, hosted a transformative one-day youth summit on its campus on Monday. The summit, part of the International Youth Conclave for Tourism Development (IYCTD), was supported by India Tourism, Odisha Tourism, Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, and the Culture Department of Odisha, along with major industries of the state. The event aimed to foster leadership, youth empowerment, and cross-cultural dialogue, while also showcasing the rich tourism offerings of western Odisha.

In his inaugural address, Professor Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director of IIM Sambalpur, highlighted the institutionâs commitment to empowering youth through innovation and leadership initiatives.
