Under the agreement, over 60K Ex-Servicemen will get cashless treatment.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal has inked an agreement with the Ministry of Defence to help in the treatment of ECHS beneficiaries. 

"Historic MoU inked between AIIMS, Bhopal and Ministry of Defence today. Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh, ED and Col. S Rampur, Dir. ECHS in the presence of Lt. Gen. Vipul Singhal, GOC, HQ21 Corps signed the MoU," reads a tweet by AIIMS Bhopal.

"More than 60,000 Ex-servicemen in MP will get cashless treatment. AIIMS, Bhopal becomes the first in India to be empanelled with ECHS," said another tweet by AIIMS Bhopal.

AIIMS Bhopal to offer three days ISAK Level 1 Accreditation Course

The level 1 ISAK Anthropometry course is designed for physicians, sport and exercise students, nutritionists, sports rehabilitators and physiotherapists and is a requirement to undertake body composition analysis. The course will be held from October 11 to October 13, 2023. Today is the last day to apply for the course.

All Faculty, Post Graduate Students and PhD ResearchScholars are eligible for the Course. The total capacity is only 15 Students. The participants will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The course fee for each participant is Seven Thousand Vfiehundred Rupees only (INR 7500/-) which includes ISAK fees approx. $62 USD + services, registration kit. Breakfast and a working lunch for all participants will be provided on all three days.

ISAK certification is mandatory to get a job in Sports Anthropometry. It gives extra advantages to get jobs in colleges and Universities, Sports education, Physical Anthropology, Forensics, Physiology, Nutrition, Training programs, Physical Education, and Dietician. It is mandatory to get a job in the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and to get a job in Anthropometrics.
