FMGE 2024: Last Date to Collect Pass Certificate Extended Till August 30; Details Inside

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has extended the FMGE pass certification collection last date till August 30, 2024. 

Students who qualify Foreign Medical Graduate Examinations (FMGE) exam are provided the pass certificate after completing the in-person verification of identity and documents towards eligibility for the examination. Students from the June 2023 session who have failed to collect the pass certificate can collect the FMGE pass certificate on or before August 30, 2024. The authorities observed that some candidates have failed to collect their FMGE pass certificate in compliance with the NBEMS notice dated October 17, 2023. The candidature of defaulter candidates was revoked by NBEMS. Subsequently, some candidates have requested NBEMS to provide another opportunity to collect their FMGE Pass Certificates. Hence, the authorities have decided to extend the last date to collect the pass certificate.

Further, the pass certificate collection last date for students from the December 2023 session has been extended from August 6 to August 30, 2024. 

How to Collect FMGE Pass Certificate? 

Eligible candidates have to book a prior appointment from NBEMS to collect their pass certificate after sending a request to the communication web portal of NBEMS. Students must note that the FMGE pass certificate will be issued subject to the verification of prescribed documents and verification of identity including biometrics. 

Meanwhile, NBE will conduct the FMGE 2024 exam on July 6, 2024. The admit card for the examination will be made available on July 1, 2024 onwards.
