JENPAS UG 2023 Round-2 seat allotment

JENPAS UG 2023 Counselling Round-2 seat allotment result will tentatively be released on September 12, 2023. Candidates will be required to make payment to accept the seat offered by the counselling conducting body from September 12 to September 15, 2023. Post-completion of this round, if the seats remain vacant, an additional mop-up round will also be conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). Seat Allotment in JENPAS UG 2023 Round-2 Counselling

As per the guidelines issued by the counselling conducting body related to seat allotment, here are a few rules that candidates must abide by:

  1. In case the Allotment is up-graded to the candidate’s 1st choice candidate need not pay the seat acceptance fee again, but he/she must download a new allotment letter and report to the newly allotted institute
  2. In case of Allotment up-graded but to the candidate’s 2nd or later choice candidates may decide to join the institute of upgraded allotment and complete all admission formalities (PI reporting) for which he/she must download a new allotment letter and report to the newly allotted institute, and,
  3. In case of Allotment not up-graded at all then candidates may decide to join the institute of earlier allotment and complete all admission formalities. These candidates cannot participate in the Mop-Up round
