Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2020: Seat Matrix for the second round released, choice filling begins
Seat matrix for the second round of Karnataka NEET PG 2020 counselling has been released by KEA. Keeping this as reference, candidates can now fill their choices to participate in the second round.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the seat matrix for the second round of the stateβs PG medical counselling. Along with the seat matrix, KEA has released the complete schedule for the second round of Karnataka NEET PG 2020 counselling. Registrations for the second round of counselling had closed on June 17. Candidates who had registered for the second round, or those willing to participate in the second round for upgradation, can now fill their choices on the official website of KEA.
The result for the second round of counselling will be announced on July 13. Selected candidates will have to report to the allocated institutes by July 17. All candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round of Karnataka PG medical counselling must also report to the respective institute by July 17.

Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2020: Important Points
- Candidates who have joined the institute allotted to them via the MCC NEET PG counselling 2020 are not eligible to participate in the Karnataka PG medical counselling
- Candidates will not get the option to reject the seat allotted to them in the second round of Karnataka NEET PG 2020 counselling
- All candidates participating in the second round of Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2020 are advised to fill limited options, which when allotted, they will not hesitate to join
- Selected candidates will have to report to the institute allotted to them up to July 17
- The candidates who fail to report to the allotted institute will lose the seat allocated to them. Furthermore, they will be liable to pay the penalty for blocking the seat and will have to face legal charges, as applicable
