Postpone NEET PG 2023: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that the NEET PG 2023 exam won't be postponed. The health minister said this in Parliament.

"The exam date was declared five months back, so the students are already preparing. If I will keep postponing it, first it was delayed by 7-8 months, then 4-5 months. The counselling cycle, which was disrupted during Covid, needs to be on track soon. I met the students' delegation and I told them that you have already prepared for the exam, and to make all the interns eligible I have already extended the internship cut-off. So that all students get a chance to appear in the exam and after qualifying it take admission in medical PG courses," he said.

FORDA India's tweet reads, "Honourable minister @mansukhmandviya ji definitively communicated that the NEET PG exam wonโ€™t be postponed. Despite a FORDA delegation discussion with him, which he also acknowledged in his speech, the government remains firm in its decision.

The doctors have been demanding the NEET PG 2023 postponement and intensifying their protest, they have warned of a complete shutdown of services.
