NEET PG Exam 2024 Postponed: FAIMA, FORDA Condemns Health Ministry Decision
NEET PG 2024 exam date sudden postponement has made the student association astonished. Following the postponement of the exam date, the FAIMA and FORDA came in support of the students and urged the competent authority to answer valid reasons for NEET PG exam 2024 postponement.
Following the postponement of the NEET PG exam 2024, the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA) and Federation of Resident Doctors Association (FORDA) condemns the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) decision to postpone the NEET PG exam 12 hours before the examination day. The associations came in support of the PG medical students and assured them not to panic.

The FAIMA Doctors Association considered the postponement as harassment of the doctors. The association said "Absolutely disgraceful! The NEET PG exam postponed again, just a day before it was scheduled! This is pathetic harassment of doctors who travelled, spent money, and sacrificed time. Govt's incompetence in managing a well-planned exam is unacceptable. We demand an immediate explanation!".
FAIMA President Dr. Rohan Extended Support to Students
Meanwhile, Dr. Rohan Krishnan, Chairman of FAIMA India urges NBE to answer and expects the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to release a press conference for the adequate reason of postponement of the examination.
Dr. Rohan further shared a video on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, stating that the last-minute cancellation of the NEET-PG examination is very sad for all of us. All the candidates had reached their examination centres in various cities. He further assured students to not panic that he and FAIMA stand with them and NEET PG 2024 new exam date will be provided soon with ample time.
On the postponement of the NEET-PG examination, FORDA India General Secretary Dr Sarvesh Pandey shared his disappointment with the sudden postponement saying "NEET-PG is a mental trauma for all aspirants. FORDA will take this issue forward. We demand that the exam be rescheduled at the earliest."
Dr Vivek Chouksey, Ex-National President of FORDA India, says "Again postponed until further notice just 12 hours before the NEET PG 2024 exam. Govt has made a mockery of all sort of doctors in all sort of ways."
