NBE has cancelled the NEET SS 2023 exam due to G20 Summit which is to held from September 9 to September 10, 2023 in Delhi.

In wake of the upcoming G20 summit events in Delhi, National Board of Examinations has postponed the NEET SS 2023 exam till further notice. The new schedule will be announced soon by NBE.

The official notification reads, " In wake of the 18th G20 Summit scheduled to be held on September 9 and September 10, 2023 in India and consequent travel restrictions which shall now be in place in Delhi from September 8, 2023 to September 10, 2023, the conduct of NEET-SS 2023, which was announced to be held on September 9 and September 10, 2023, across the country, has been deferred. The revised schedule for conduct of NEET-SS 2023 across the country shall be notified on NBEMS website shortly. "

The entrance exam will be for providing admission to DM, M.Ch. and DNB Super Specialty courses. Those who will secure 50 percent marks in the entrance exam will be considered qualified for the exam. Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the NEET SS counselling. 

NEET SS admit card Exam Details

NEET SS 2023 exam will be held in computer-based mode. 

The exam paper will comprise 150 Multiple Choice Questions to be answered in a duration of 2.5 hours. There will be +4 marks for right answer and -1 mark for wrong answer.

NEET SS admit card Details

Before the examination will be conducted, the candidates will be informed about the release of admit card through SMS or email. The admit cards need to be downloaded from the official website - nbe.edu.in and it will not be sent to candidates individually.

 NEET SS admit card contains important details such as name of candidate, date of birth, name and address of allotted exam centre, exam timing, and exam guidelines. Once the admit card is released, the candidates must check for any discrepancy in information and contact exam conducting body immediately if they find any discrepancy. 

Admit card is a crucial document which the candidates must carry mandatorily at the exam centre.
