WB NEET PG counselling 2024 round 2 choice filling and locking process is ongoing till midnight of December 20, 2024, followed by seat allotment result on December 24, 2024.
West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) will conclude the WB NEET PG 2024 choice filling and locking process for round 2 admissions today i.e. December 20, 2024. Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate and have not taken part in the earlier round of the counselling process shall fill their preferences at the earliest possible to avoid last-minute discrepancies.

How to Fill Choices During WB NEET PG Counselling 2024?
Students have to follow the below steps for West Bengal NEET PG choice filling and locking process:
- Visit the official WBMCC website - wbmcc.nic.in
- Select the 'PG Medical Counselling tab' displayed on the homepage
- Log in using the allotted credentials
- On the candidate page, select preferred colleges and courses in order of preference
- Click on Save and Continue to save the choices and continue to add more
- Submit choices and download the confirmation page
- Save a printed copy for future reference.

The WB NEET PG counselling application fee for the academic year 2024-25 has been announced. The WB counselling fee is INR 3000/- (Three thousand only) which needs to be paid one time and non-refundable. Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee via online mode only unless specified earlier. Bank transaction statutory charges if any will be in addition. The online deposition can be done through net banking or credit/debit card/UPI system. If the payment is successful, the candidate will be able to download candidate profile letter. Candidates are directed to print the payment proof (depicting the transaction ID) and the candidate profile letter for future correspondence, verification and admission process.

The seat surrender of the admitted candidate during the process of Round 1 admission is allowed without any penalty money. The seat surrender of the admitted candidate during the process of Round 2 admission is allowed but with forfeiture of admission fees. The seat surrender is not allowed from Round 3 counseling any further till the counseling process is over. The seat surrender with payment of bond penalty is possible only after the counseling of all rounds is over for the session 2023-24.
