Among others, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and ABVP have also voiced supporting demands made by medical students regarding NEET PG 2022 Postponement. 

Priyanka Gandhi, ABVP support NEET PG 2022 Exam Postponement

NEET PG 2022 Postponement: Demand for postponement of NEET PG 2022 is rising among medical aspirants. While it is just 10 days left for NEET PG 2022 Exam, students are still urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as the Union Health Minister to postpone the medical entrance exam. NEET PG 2022 postponement is trending all over social media. Students are getting support from various student unions, opposition parties and more. Among others, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and ABVP have also voiced supporting demands made by medical students.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra supports NEET PG 2022 Postponement

Doctors are requesting authorities to postpone the NEET PG exam by about 8 to 10 weeks. Supporting the doctors, Priyanka Gandhi has tweeted her opinion through her official Twitter account requesting the health minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya to postpone NEET PG 2022. Urging the Health Minister to consider, Gandhi has pointed out that the delay in NEET PG counselling has caused a lot of distress to students.

Gandhi writes, “Mansukh Mandviya ji, due to the delay in counselling of NEETPG2021, the candidates of NEETPG2022 are putting forward a very legitimate demand to postpone the examination by a few weeks. Please relieve these youths from mental stress by taking the step of postponing the exam for a few weeks.” Check the tweet below.

 

ABVP supports NEET PG 2022 postponement

Meanwhile, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has also lent support to doctors demanding the postponement of NEET PG 2022. Through its official Twitter handle, ABVP said (in Hindi), “The future of thousands of students is at stake due to the conflict between the counseling process of NEET PG 2021 and the date of NEET PG 2022 exam and not getting enough time to prepare. ABVP will apprise the concerned Union Minister about the issues soon #NEETPG2022 .”

Meanwhile, the Apex Court of India, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea on the postponement of the NEET PG 2022 exam on May 13, 2022.
