National Board of Examinations' fake notice regarding the NEET PG 2022 postponement is circulating on the social media platform, the exam is not rescheduled to any other date yet.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) had earlier warned against the fake notice circulating which said that the NEET PG 2022 exam has been postponed to July 9, 2022. Once again, a fake notice dated May 9, that is today, says that the exam has been postponed to July 16, 2022. The NEET PG 2022 aspirants are advised to beware of such news.

On May 7, 2022, PIB Fact Check tweeted, "The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has warned against spoofed notices issued in its name. Don't be misled by such unverified notices. Cross-check any information regarding NBEMS on its official website"

"It is reiterated that NBEMS publishes various notices pertaining to its activities on its official websites https://natboard.edu.in only. Stakeholders are advised to visit the above indicated website for the current & authentic information regarding NBEMS," reads the official notification.

NEET PG 2022 aspirants protested at Jantar Mantar

The aspirants gathered at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi to protest against the NEET PG 2022 exam being conducted on May 21, these doctors urged the NBE and MCC to postpone the NEET PG exam. 

NEET PG 2022 aspirants have already written to the President, PM and Health Minister and urged them to postpone the examination, and today TN MP has also written to Mansukh Mandaviya to postpone the exam. The aspirants are saying there is not much time to prepare for NEET PG 2022 as the NEET PG 2021 counselling has just finished. Also, by May 21, nearly 5000 interns are going to be ineligible for the exam as their internships got delayed due to Covid-19 duties during the pandemic.
