RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 1 Revised Result Announced

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 1 revised result has been announced on March 30 for Level 2, 3, 5 and 6. A total of 6,32,198 candidates have qualified the exam. The result was scheduled to be announced in the first week of April. However, it was announced early by the RRBs. RRB NTPC CBT 1 result 2021 has been made available on www.rrbcdg.gov.in in PDF form. Along with the result, the revised RRB  NTPC scorecard and cutoff marks have been released. To download RRB NTPC scorecard, candidates need to enter user ID and password. As per the revised RRB NTPC CBT 1 result 2021, 20 times unique candidates have been shortlisted for the CBT 2 exam.

Candidates who have qualified the exam earlier as per the result announced on January 14, will remain qualified. Additional candidates have been selected for CBT 2 exam. The decision to announce the revised result was taken by the expert committee after analyzing the grievances submitted by candidates. RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam will be conducted from May 2022 onwards for Pay Level 6. However, the exam for other pay levels will be conducted after a reasonable gap.

The steps to check RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 1 revised result are given below:

  • Visit the respective official websites of RRBs
  • Find the revised RRB NTPC CBT 1 result link on the home pages of RRBs
  • RRB NTPC result PDF opens on a new page
  • Candidates can search their roll numbers through Ctrl+F
  • Download RRB NTPC 2022 result PDF and save it

Shortlisting of Candidates for CBT 2

Candidates have been shortlisted for CBT 2 as per the merit in CBT 1 and preference of post in the pay level. The roll numbers of the provisionally qualified candidates has been arranged horizontally in ascending order and not in order of merit. Shortlisted candidates are also eligible for other lower pay levels, if they have opted for any one post in the lower pay levels and are falling within the cut-off mark of the respective lower pay levels. The roll number of candidates appears only at one pay level even if they has been shortlisted for more than one pay level. This has been done to ensure that the same roll number is not repeated at more than one pay level and uniqueness of the roll number is maintained.

The steps to retrieve the roll numbers are given below:

  • Visit the region-wise official websites of RRBs
  • Select your respective region
  • Chose the option ‘RRB NTPC Roll Number Forgot Link’
  • The next page will be open
  • The RRB will ask you for some details
  • Enter your name, father’s name and date of birth
  • Enter registered mobile number
  • RRBs sent an OTP at the registered mobile number
  • Enter the OTP at the appropriate place
  • Now click on the ‘Submit Button’
  • The Registration ID is sent to your registered e-mail ID
