IAS Main 2022 Result Expected Soon; UPSC Releases Important Notice

IAS Main 2022 exam result will be released soon. Union Public Service Commission will conduct the IAS interviews early next year. The candidates can check here the list of documents required on the day of the interview.

IAS Main Result 2022 Expected Soon

UPSC released a notice mentioning that the IAS main exam 2022 result will be released soon. The Commission will conduct the IAS interviews in January - February 2023. The UPSC has released the list of documents required on the day of the interview and the candidates should keep them handy for the interview.

UPSC will activate the link for DAF II after the release of the IAS main result. The link activation dates will be released with the result. The candidates who clear the IAS main (written) exam will be called for interviews and for that purpose, they will be required to fill out the DAF II and submit it in time. 

Document Required on the day of IAS Interview

UPSC has released a list of documents required on the day of the interview. The candidates should keep the original and one self-attested copy of all the relevant certificates with them on the day of the interview:

  • Matriculation Certificate for the date of birth confirmation purpose
  • Degree of Graduation or equivalent examination with mark sheets issued by the University.
    An internship Completion Certificate for MBBS Degree or any other Medical Degree will be required for the doctors.
  • The doctors having a degree from a foreign university, the equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities/ National Board of Examination (for MBBS or any other Medical Examination) will be required.
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes Certificate/Income & Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Section in the prescribed format issued on or before 22.02.2022.
  • The candidates belonging to the PwD category will have to show a certificate in support of their claim issued before February 22, 2022.
  • Hailing from a Certificate issued by the Competent Authority issued before February 22, 2022.
  • Ex-servicemen Certificate.
  • Certificate in support of Higher Education

The UPSC conducted the IAS main 2022 exam from September 16 to 25 in offline mode. UPSC will soon release its result.
