IES 2024 Result Expected Today at upsc.gov.in

UPSC can release IES 2024 result today. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website upsc.gov.in for results.

Union Public Service Commission conducted the preliminary exam for the Engineering Service Exam (ESE) on February 18, 2024. The Commission is expected to release the UPSC IES 2024 result today. Once uploaded, the candidates will be able to check and download the result PDF file from the official website - upsc.gov.in.

IES 2024 result is going to include the name and roll numbers of the candidates who will qualify the preliminary examination. After uploading the results, the Commission will also announce the UPSC ESE Prelims 2024 cut off for the selection of candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Those candidates who will score equivalent to the cut off or more in IES 2024 result will be invited for the UPSC ESE Mains 2024 round which is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2024. The Mains exam will be followed by a personality test/interview. UPSC conducts the Engineering Services Exam (ESE) exam on a national level to recruit candidates for Engineer posts in Government-run PSUs in India. UPSC notified a total of 167 vacancies for the IES Exam 2024 on September 6, 2023.

Steps to check UPSC ESE Prelims Result 2024

The candidates must follow the simple steps given below to view and download the results:

Step 1: Visit UPSC's official website - upsc.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the "Engineering Services (Prelims) Exam 2024" option and click on it.

Step 3: "List of Candidates Eligible for the Mains Examination 2024" will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Search for your roll number to know if you have qualified for the examination or not.
