NABARD 2021 detailed notification and application form have been released on July 17. NABARD has revised the exam pattern for both Grade A and B posts.

NABARD 2021 detailed notification has been released to fill up a total of 162 vacancies. NABARD application form 2021 for Grade A and B posts has been released on July 17. Interested candidates can apply for the exam till August 7, 2021. NABARD exam pattern has been revised for Grade A and B posts. The prelims exam will be conducted either in the last week of August or first week of September.

Application fee for Grade A RDBS/Rajbhasha is Rs 800 for the General category while it was Rs 150 for SC/ ST/ PWBD. For Grade B Manager post, the application fee is Rs 900 for General category and Rs 150 for others. For Grade A P&SS post, the application fee is Rs 750 for General and Rs 100 for others.The application fees can be paid online.

Revised NABARD Eligibility Criteria

The revised eligibility criteria for NABARD recruitment is given below.

Eligibility Criteria for P&SS post

  • Candidates must be between 25 and 40 years. Candidates must born not earlier than July 2, 1981 and not later than July 1, 1996. 
  • Candidates must be an officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force. They must have a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.

Eligibility Criteria for RBDS

Educational Qualification: The educational qualification prescribed for the post of RBDS is graduation in a particular discipline with 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST/PWBD applicants). Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are not eligible to apply for the exam.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years as on July 1, 2021. Candidates must have born not earlier than July 2, 1991 and not later than July 1, 2000. The relaxation in age will be provided to candidates belonging to the reserved category.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajbhasha post

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) and PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice versa from a recognised university. Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in atleast two years of Bachelor's degree course.

Or,

Postgraduation in Hindi/English with a minimum of 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST/PWBD candidates). Candidates must have studied English/Hindi as main/elective subject in at least two years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice versa.

Eligibility criteria for Grade B Manager

  • Postgraduation in any subject from any recognised university with 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/PWBD). Candidates should have minimum 60 per cent in Class 10, 12, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels or minimum 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, Graduation, PG and Professional degree (CA/CS/CWA) or a minimum of 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, graduation. PG and PhD.
  • Candidates must have experience of three years (SC/PWBD is two years) in related sectors such as Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development.
  • The age of candidates should be between 25 and 32 years

Revised NABARD Exam Pattern

Pattern of Prelims Exam for Grade A and B: A new section-Decision Making has been included in prelims exam. Therefore, the total number of sections is eight which earlier was seven. Qualifying Sections are Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making. Merit Sections are General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India. Shortlisting of the candidates for the mains exam will be based on marks scored in the merit section only

 Pattern of Interview for Grade A and B posts

Shortlisting for interview will be done in the ratio 1:3: The interview for Grade B posts carries 75 marks while for Grade A (RDBS/Rajbhasha) carries 50 marks. The interview for P&SS post carries 100 marks.
