RRCs have announced RRB Group D document verification schedule. The document verification will be conducted from January 30 to February 8, 2023.

Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) have announced RRB Group D 2022 document verification schedule. The document verification dates are different for different RRCs. RRC Western Railways will conduct the document verification from January 30 to February 8, 2023 at its office. Candidates are shortlisted for document verification based on their performance in the CBT and PET. Candidates after clearing the document verification process are required to appear for the medical exam. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in CBT subject to the candidate’s qualifying the PET, document verification and medical exam.

PwBD candidates have been shortlisted for document verification based on the normalized marks of CBT and CCAA candidates are shortlisted for document verification based on the 2/3rd of weighted normalized marks of CBT and 1/3rd of scaled NCVT marks.

RRB Group D Medical Exam

Candidates found eligible in document verification will be directed for medical exam at the nominated railway hospital. For medical exam, candidates need to stay at the venue for three to four days.

RRB Group D DV: Documents Required

Candidates are required to bring the following documents at the time of document verification:

  • Marksheet and certificates of all educational qualification/technical qualification
  • Gazette notification and/or any legal document in case of formal change of name
  • NCVT (NTC/NAC)/SCVT certificate and mark sheet for CCAA candidates
  • Date of Birth Certificate
  • Caste Certificate for SC /
  • Income and asset certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
  • NOC from serving employees with date of appointment from current employer
  • Self-Declaration and Discharge Certificate / NOC in  case  of  Ex- Servicemen
  • Disability Certificate in case of PwBD
  • Photo Identity Card
  • Receipt of payment if made through a challan at SBI Branch or pay-in slip  at computerized post office
  • Income certificate for waiving examination fee for economically backward classes
  • Minority community declaration on non-judicial stamp paper
  • Self-Certification by the Transgender Candidate
  • J&K domicile Certificate wherever applicable
  • Decree of Divorce / Judicial Separation from the Competent Court of law and Affidavit stating that the Candidate has not re-married, in case applicable
  • In case of Widow, Death Certificate of Spouse and Affidavit stating that the Candidate has not re-married
  • Six photographs similar to the scanned copy of photograph uploaded in online application form
