SSC MTS exam (Paper-I) will be conducted from October 5 to 20. Staff Selection Commission conducts multi-tasking staff to recruit the candidate for the class c services which are non-technical in orientation. SSC MTS exam is a national level exam conducted online in multiple shifts.
SSC MTS Paper-I Syllabus
SSC MTS Paper-I is based on the syllabus notified in the advertisement. The SSC MTS Paper-I syllabus is divided into four sections, as the question paper has four parts. These four parts are
- General English
- General Intelligence & Reasoning
- Numerical Aptitude
- General Awareness
The candidates should prepare every topic of the SSC MTS syllabus because the weightage of the topics is not known, only the section marks are provided in the notification.
SSC MTS (Paper-I) Exam Pattern
SSC MTS exam is an objective type exam conducted online. SSC notifies the syllabus and exam pattern in the official notification. The SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern, as mentioned in the official notification, is given below.

Tackling Negative Marking in Paper-I
SSC MTS exam is conducted online with negative marling. The candidates need to mark for the right answers if they feel confident because 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. No marks will be deducted if the candidate leaves the question unmarked. The negative marking can reduce the score, hence the candidates should abstain from wild guesses in the SSC MTS Exam 2021.
SSC will release the MTS Admit Card ten days before the exam. It implies that admit card will be released tentatively on September 21.
