UGC NET Dec Session Admit Card 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit card for the UGC NET 2024 rescheduled exams. Candidates registered for the exams can now download their UGC NET admit card 2024 online from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. They have to use their application number and date of birth to download the UGC NET 2024 admit card.

The official notice states, "The Admit card of UGC – NET December 2024 examination scheduled on 21.01.2025 and 27.01.2025 has been released. The Candidates are advised to download their Admit Card (using Application No. and Date of Birth) along with the undertaking from the website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/." Earlier, NTA deferred the January 15 exam to January 21 and 27, 2025 due to the Pongal and Makar Sankranti festivals.

How to download UGC NET Admit Card 2024?

The UGC NET 2024 admit card for the Jan 21 and 27 exam can be downloaded online. Candidates can check the steps provided below to know how to download UGC NET hall ticket for Dec session exam:

Step 1: Visit the official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the UGC NET 2024 admit card link (Jan 21 and Jan 27)

Step 3: The UGC NET admit card login window will be displayed on the screen

Step 4: Enter application number, date of birth, and security pin

Step 5: Click on the submit button

Step 6: Now, download the UGC NET admit card and take a printout of it

As per the revised UGC NET schedule, on Jan 21 in shift 1 the following subjects exam will be held: Indian Knowledge System, Malayalam, Urdu, Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare / Human Resource Management, Criminology, Tribal and Regional Language/Literature, Folk Literature, Konkani and Environmental Sciences.

On Jan 27 shift 2 these exams will be held: Sanskrit, Mass Communication and Journalism, Japanese, Performing Art - Dance/Drama/Theatre, Electronic Science, Women Studies, Law and Nepali.

Earlier, the UGC NET admit card was released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). After the formation of NTA in 2019 all the rights to conduct the UGC NET exam were taken from CBSE and passed to NTA. Now NTA is responsible for all the decisions in conducting the UGC NET exam. The UGC NET June cycle 2023 will also be conducted by the NTA on behalf of UGC
