Delhi University (DU) has announced the seat acceptance data from round 1 counselling of DU UG admission 2024. As per the report, round 1 allocation so far witnessed 65290 admissions confirmed while 17868 admissions freeze and 42668 students opted for freeze. As of now, DU UG admission 2024 round 1 allocation saw 83678 total acceptances out of 97387 total allocations. Over 2,45,000 students applied for admission to UG courses through the CUET UG 2024 results out of which 1,85,000 applicants submitted their courses and college preferences so far.
DU is set to commence classes for the 2024-25 academic year on August 29. Earlier, the session was expected to commence on August 1 but later delayed due to the postponement of CUET results.
DU Preference Change Window on August 22
DU authorities will open the DU UG preference change window on August 22, 2024. Students will be able to make changes in their preferences on or before August 23, 2024, by 4:59 PM. Besides, with the help of a vacant seat list, students will be able to check the vacant seats in their desired course/ college respectively. The last date for online payment to secure DU UG 2024 admissions in the second round is August 30 (up to 4:59 PM).
