JMI Admission 2024

Jamia Millia Islamia's Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) has started the application process for admission in the Bachelor of Education (BEd) programme through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. The JMI CDOE application form 2024 is available at jmicoe.in. The last date to apply online is October 22, 2024. Students willing to apply for JMI CDOE admission 2024 must ensure they are eligible for admission as the ineligible candidates will be disqualified from admission during any stage of the admission process. Hence, applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria before submitting their application forms, as no forms will be accepted after the deadline.

The BEd admission at Jamia Millia Islamia's Centre for Distance and Online Education will be based on merit, which will be determined through an entrance test scheduled for November 3, 2024. The JMI entrance exam 2024 will be conducted at examination centres located within the JMI campus. The admit card for the entrance examination will be released one week prior to the entrance test.

Candidates seeking admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for MBA can apply online on the official website. Admission to this course is offered based on the entrance exam conducted by the university, i.e. JMI Entrance Eest. Interested candidates must have a relevant bachelorโ€™s degree with at least 50% aggregate in the subject concerned. Followed by application filling and before application submission, candidates are also required to pay the application fee which ranges from INR 550 to INR 700. A step-by-step process of application is mentioned below:

  2. On the Admission section in the left corner of the page, there are multiple links for course-wise application forms.
  3. Click on the desired courses' application link, fill out the application form and pay the application fee.

Aspiring students are required to register on the official website of CUET fill the application form online. In the form, fill all the details asked, upload the required documents and pay the application fee. Starting 2022, for BA, BSc and BVoc, JMI started accepting the scores of CUET UG. For the same, students need to register for the exam, appear for it and qualify it. Qualified students of CUET UG are required to register for JMI counselling after which merit lists will be released with the name of the shortlisted students. For the remaining courses, however, the university is still accepting national and university-level entrance exam for final selection.

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
