RRB NTPC 2019 CBT 1 exam likely to be conducted from March 28

The wait for more than 1 crore applicants of RRB NTPC exam still going on endlessly several months after they have filled the application forms early this year. There are a lot of speculations regarding the exam dates of RRB NTPC. According to a notice available on the social media, RRB NTPC 2019 CBT 1 exam is likely to commence from March 28 to April 30, 2020. The admit cards will be issued to candidates from March 24. The details of exam city will be released on March 13, 2020. The mock test link will be activated on March 17, 2020.

This information has appeared on various social media platforms. Candidates are receiving a PDF notice and newspaper clipping from different sources. However, there is no official update regarding the RRB NTPC exam dates 2019 on the official website.

On the other hand, speaking to some media, an official from Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has informed that the exam dates of RRB NTPC will be released on the official portals of the boards and that is in process.

The exam is delayed since the RRBs are yet to finalise the private agency for conducting the exam. Earlier, RRBs had released an official stating, “RRB NTPC 2019 exam was scheduled to be conducted between June and September, however, it has been postponed. The revised RRB NTPC dates 2019 will be published on the official websites of RRBs later. 1.26 crore applications were submitted for more than 35,000 RRB NTPC vacancies. According to RRB NTPC exam pattern, the exam will be held for 90 minutes. It will carry total 120 questions. There will be 50 questions of general awareness, 35 of mathematics, 35 of general intelligence and reasoning. For incorrect answers, ⅓ marks will be deducted as penalty.
