SSC CPO 2020 admit card for PET&PST has been made available on the respective regional websites of SSC. To download the admit card, login with registration number/roll number and date of birth. The PET&PST exam will commence from August 11.

SSC CPO 2020 admit card for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST) has been released on July 30. Candidates who have qualified for PET & PST based on the performance of Paper-I exam can download their SSC CPO hall tickets from the official websites of the respective regions. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter the registration number/roll number and date of birth. SSC CPO 2020 exam will be conducted from August 11 to 23, 2021.

How to download SSC CPO PET&PST admit card?

The process given below will help candidates in downloading their admit cards for SSC CPO PET&PST:

  • Visit the official websites of SSC
  • Go to the admit card section on the home page
  • Candidates are redirected to the page that hosts the links to the respective regional websites
  • Click the relevant regional website link from where you have applied for the exam
  • On the home page of the regional website, click the SSC CPO admit card download link for PET&PST
  • Enter the required login credentials
  • The admit card is appears on the screen
  • Download the admit card and take its printout

SSC CPO Exam Pattern for PET&PST

SSC CPO exam pattern for male and female candidates is given below:

For male candidates

  • 100 metre race in 16 seconds
  • 6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
  • Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances
  • High Jump: 1.2 metre in 3 chances
  • Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chance

For female candidates

  • 100 metre race in 18 seconds
  • 800 metre race in 4 minutes
  • Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
  • High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances
