The sear withdrawal process for IIT JAM 2021 admission process is ending today, i.e. July 9. The process had commenced on July 1. So far the first two admission lists have been released and the third admission list will be released on July 16. Candidates whose names have been enlisted in the first two admission lists, and who do not want to take admission in the IIT JAM 2021 participating institutes will have to withdraw their seat allocation offers.

How to Withdraw Seat Allocation Offer

In order to withdraw allotted seats, candidates will have to follow the below steps:

  • Visit the official website of IIT JAM 2021
  • Login with Enrolment ID or Email ID and password

  • Click on ‘Submit’ tab

  • Click on the tab indicating Seat Withdrawal

Candidates must note that once they withdraw the seat allotment offer, they will not be eligible to participate in the further rounds of admission or reclaim their previous admission offer.

This year, IISc is conducting the IIT JAM exam and counselling procedure for the admission to candidates in MSc and other postgraduate courses offered at IITs and integrated PhD courses offered by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Several National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) also accept JAM scores for MSc admissions.
