Q:   When did MCAER PG CET exam 2024 registration start?

A:

The MCAER CET 2024 registration started on February 1, 2024. It was done by the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB). The registeration was completed till March 22, 2024 (up to 11:59 PM) in online mode. 

After the registration, applicants needed to visit the website and update or modify the application form. The grievance of the applicants could be done between April 1 to April 10, 2024

Along with this, the last date to pay application fee was extended till March 22, 2024 (up to 11:59).

Q:   When will MCAER PG CET Admit Card be released?

The admit card of MCAER PG CET was released on May 20, 2024. This admit card was out, at least 10 days before the exam as the exam is scheduled to be conducted between May 31 to June 2, 2024

Q:   Is there any specific color pen needs to be used in MCAER PG CET Exam?

Yes since MCAER PG CET is a offline exam hence applicant needs to carry their pen along with them to the examination hall. Candidates need to fill the circle present in the OMR sheet with black color pen only. If any candidate uses any other color pen then their evaluation will be not done and their candidature will be rejected.

The new exam dates of MCAER PG CET are out recently.

MCAER PG CET 2024 Test Centres

MCAER PG CET 2024 is expected to be conducted in 17 centres across Maharashtra. MAUEB has released the list of MCAER CET 2024 test centres. The exam papers or subjects will vary according to test centres. MCAER PG CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To take the MCAER PG CET exam, candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates should have completed their graduation degree of at least three years duration in the relevant subject to be eligible for MCAER CET 2024.
  • They should have secured at least 55 per cent marks or a 5.5 CGPA score on a scale of 10 in their bachelor's degree if belonging to the open category.
  • In case of reserved categories including, Schedule Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Vimukta Jati (A) (VJ-a), Nomadic Tribes (B) NT-b), Nomadic Tribes (C) (NT-c), Nomadic Tribes (D) (NT-d), Other backward class (OBC), Special Backward Category (SBC), socially and educationally backward class (SEBC), Economically weaker section(EWS) and Physically Handicapped (PH), the candidates should have secured at least 50 per cent marks or 5.0 CGPA score on a scale of 10 in aggregate of all subjects. 
  • Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible to apply for MCAER PG CET 2022.

MUAEB will prepare the final merit list of MCAER CET 2024 based on 70 per cent marks secured by a candidate in the MCAER CET exam and, the remaining 30 per cent marks from CGPA score in the qualifying degree examination.

Q:   What was the last date to register for MCAER PG CET 2024?

Applicants who wanted to fill the application form of MCAER PG CET 2024 needed to register till March 20, 2024 (11:59 PM). The application form needed to be filled till the same date in online mode. 

The last date to pay the application fee was March 22, 2024 (11:59 PM). Only those applicants who filled the application form were issued MCAER PG CET Admit Card on May 20, 2024.

Q:   What are the exam dates for MCAER PG CET 2024?

A:

The Maharashtra Agriculture Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) released the notification for MCAER PG CET exam in online mode on February 1st, 2024. Applicants could fill the application form from the same date only.

Only those applicants who filled the form will be able to appear in the exam between May 31 to June 2, 2024. The exam will be held for three days in two shifts between 10:00 to 12:00 AM and 15:00 to 17:00 PM.

Q:   Will there be a provisional answer key for MCAER PG CET 2024?

A:

No, Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) has not mentioned anything about provisional answer key. There will be one official answer key which will be released after the conclusion of the exam. 

The MCAER PG CET 2024 exam will be conducted between May 30, 31 and June 1, 2024. The answer key will be released on June 13, 2024
