Despite this, around 90% of students reportedly get placed every year.

    Review of Adamas University.
Placements: Our college provides nice placement. The average salary package offered in our course is about 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered in our college is about 1 crore. Many companies visit the college for placements like TCS, Philips, Syska, Adani Power, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has very nice infrastructure. The whole campus is surrounded by Wi-Fi. It has ending machines for packet food. There are 2 canteens, 1 cafe coffee day, 1 Nescafe, and 1 Chinese restaurant. At the Chinese restaurant, the price is also reasonable. It serves awesome food.
Faculty: We have very kind faculty members. They help us. They understand our problems, look into it, and solve them. Semester exams at our college are very good. Teachers also support us with notes and suggestions. Exams are held as per the academic calendar.
Other: In our batch, there are around 20 students. In our university, there are about 16,000 students.

    Truly unforgettable college days.
Placements: The number of students placed was very low, and most were placed in fields different from their area of study. Salary packages offered to the placed students were also minimal. Internships were scarce, and only hardworking students managed to secure them.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, with libraries, computer labs, and experiment labs available. Our classroom had Wi-Fi and was kept clean. Hostels were well-maintained and clean, and the warden was strict. The food provided was really tasty. A medical facility was available but suitable only for minor issues.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and teaching quality was good. One of the faculty members, Abhineet, taught us exceptionally well. The course was relevant but not fully aligned with industry standards, and students were not adequately prepared for the industry. The passing percentage was set at 60%.
Other: I was a biology student and had an interest in biotechnology from the beginning. Improvements could focus on making students industry-ready. The events were well-organised and attracted a good crowd.

Kind of disappointed about the facilities and infrastructure, too.
Placements: 30% of students (those who opted for career development centre did not go for higher studies) The highest package of my course revolves around 30 LPA (abroad) and the lowest might be around 8 LPA Placements aren't really 100% guaranteed as claimed by them.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is different for different departments. Some of them have a central AC system while others lack AC even in the classroom . Wi-Fi isn't provided to the day scholars, even if it's given, it’s for laptops (CSE class only). Grounds are present for any kind of sports practice. Mess is common for males and females.
Faculty: The teachers are mostly qualified, and most of them are from abroad. The course is relevant, but till now, India doesn't have much development in this field. Semester exams are held for 50 marks; the paper is usually average, and 50 marks are for class internal assessments.
Other: The best thing about my course is that it provides a lot of lab works. If someone is interested in research works, it's suitable for them . I wish more, better teachers/ faculties could be selected for the course. Yaa, there are many events every semester, concerts, and so on. Also , there’s a club for the students for hobby-related activities.

    Review about Adamas University
Placements: About 60% of our seniors were placed for jobs from our college. The highest ever package offered from our college was about 8.5 LPA and the lowest was about 3 LPA in BTech Biotechnology last year. It is mandatory to do an internship for the certificate the college will provide with the internship from the third year. There are a lot of rules that are provided by different companies in our college like, for example, in the chemical sector, agriculture sector, pharmaceutical sector, and even in the manufacturing sector.
Infrastructure: There are some left installed in our college hostel and their vending machine for students for convenience things, and there are also convenient stores outside the boys’ and girls’ hostels. Overall, the hostel is not a bad place for people to stay, and the only down factor about the hostel is that it is really costly for a middle-class family member to afford it. We have central AC, and all the classes are easily facilitated; only some of the buildings and some of the classes do not have AC, but the majority of the classes have easy and Wi-Fi facilities with good classrooms and a good library for students to study. The medical facility offered by the college is also good, and there are doctors present at all times for students and faculties.
Faculty: Faculty is one of the best factors in our college. The overall teaching style of every teacher differs from each other, but at the end of the day, all the teachers are good at studying their own subject. The teachers are also cooperative and helpful during any problems regarding the subjects. Talking about the students being industry-ready, yes, it is true and really helpful for all the students. As in technical fields like B.Tech, the grooming of the students starts from the very first year of the college, and Adams University really holds its card on that factor. The semester exams of the college are difficult and also very challenging for students. At the same time, it also challenges the students to think out of the box and answer all the questions. As in our technical field in BTech, Biotechnology, most of the questions will come from the syllabus, and there will not be any problem in studying and finding the solutions.
Other: I chose biotechnology because biotechnology is a really rapidly expanding subject and it will benefit all the people around us in the near future. Biotechnology will be at its peak and it has a high demand globally. In fact, on the society, there is a high demand for it. I am also one of the reasons why I chose biotechnology because I love solving biological problems. I have completed my schooling in PCB and I was also inclined towards technology as well as biology, so I chose this subject. The events and the fests that are organised in our college are very good and the campus life of our college is also really good. Overall, the Canvas is a place where we can chat with people and also enjoy our free time. It is one of the biggest campuses that I have ever seen in West Bengal. After Jadavpur University, our Adams University has a really good campus and there is a Cafe Coffee Day and a Basket Robin outlet also present in our campus.

My point of view in Adamas University.
Placements: The university provides 98 percent placement for this course. Last year, many students got placed from this course. The highest salary package is 43 lakhs per annum, the average salary package is 6.7 lakhs per annum, and the lowest salary package is 5.5 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. 60-70 percent got internships from this course.
Infrastructure: The university provides outstanding infrastructure. The faculty members of our course are well-educated and polite, though some can be rude and strict. The university provides two ACs in classrooms and projectors also. There are two canteens where you can hang out with friends during break time. The college provides various sports facilities like cricket, football, badminton, etc.
Faculty: The university teachers are good and also supportive of students. Teachers are well-educated and knowledgeable. They teach in a polite and understandable manner, though some can be harsh and rude. Yes, our course curriculum helps our students for industry life. Semester exams are not so difficult if you study well.

The last year's placements were good, but I have no idea about the upcoming year's placements.
Placements: Mainly, the number of students placed last year was not published by Adamas University officials. The highest package was 18 Lacs last year, and the average was 4.5 Lacs. Mainly, Infosys, Amazon, IBM, Deloitte, TCS, HCL, and Wipro came here for placements. Many students, almost above 60%, got internships from our course in Infosys, and IBM. Even the companies pay stipends, like Amazon, TCS, and HCL, which pay up to Rs. 20k stipend per month.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are good, but there are a few new facilities, which are troublesome for students. The teachers really teach well and carefully. Wi-Fi, labs, Library all facilities are available here. There are two different libraries: one in the main building and another in the law building. Teachers take labs seriously. The hostel food is not so good at all; it is better to stay outside. There is a pharmacy center for students, which is situated near the girls' hostel. There is a gym and 3-4 playgrounds. Students can play badminton, basketball, football, and cricket here.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful; most of them are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, especially for CSE students. Students should research on their own to be industry-ready, though there are many opportunities here to explore themselves. Semester exam papers are really standard and don't expect much because you will face very strict guards. A minimum of 18 marks in theory and 18 marks in practicals should be scored to pass.
Other: Here, mainly the CSE course is a well-known course, as there are many facilities and you can participate in hackathons and many contests happening every year. It will be better if there are more experienced teachers in programming classes. Every year, there is a big event named Adinova, which happens and except it, there are Agomoni, Holi, Christmas celebrations, and food festivals. Many sports tournaments happen every year. Swami Vivekanand scholarships are available for students scoring above 60% marks.
