Nov 17, 2024: Adamas University collaborated with Technoplat, a UK-based organization, to support its start-ups. This collaboration aims to provide these start-ups with global exposure, mentorship, and a 36-month acceleration program. May 15, 2024: Shaswata Kapat, a law student from Bengal, has secured a coveted post at a global corporation in Dubai, with an excellent yearly compensation package of 1 crore rupees. In July, I joined DIFX, a well-known multinational corporation with its headquarters in Dubai, UAE. Kapat was named the company's fastest-promoted employee in 2023. Kapat's parents live in South 24 Parganas, where his father works as a homeopathic doctor and his mother is an artist and math instructor. Commencing on January 18th with a session at Curtin University, students were enthralled by a presentation from Dan Atkins, the CEO of Curtin University, which provided valuable insights into the educational landscape, setting the stage for the immersive journey ahead. Subsequently, participants visited the Hult International Business School on the following day, where they received an informative briefing on the institution's educational policies and structure from enrollment advisor Avijeet Khakharia. A session on "Innovation for Sustainability Development" by Prof. Belisa Marochi deepened the students' understanding of global challenges and the significance of innovation in addressing them.

Activities such as Bioscope, Magiquill, Inquisitive, Sound of Music, VoxPop, Life on Campus, Danceation, Musicorum Club, and Kissewala Club-Play filled the atmosphere with music, dance, drama, and more. The standout moment of the day was the extraordinary performance by Anurag Halder, a renowned singer, whose captivating rendition left an unforgettable impression on the audience.
The celebrations continued into the second day, featuring a variety of competitions and performances highlighting the diverse talents of the university's students. From the Model Making Competition and Group Dance Competition to Nukkad Street Play, Valley of Voice Recitation, Ramp on Fire Fashion Show, and Jhankar Club, there was no shortage of excitement. The evening was further elevated by the presence of the acclaimed Bollywood playback singer, Amit Mishra, whose soulful melodies had the audience swaying to the rhythm. Adamas University Hosts Ekam Founder’s Day: Unity, Diversity, and Festivity
February 12, 2024: Adamas University hosted Ekam, a celebration of Founder's Day that brought together staff, instructors, and students in a spirit of festivity and harmony. The celebrations began with a procession that included selected students from each of the university's ten schools. The parade wound its way across Adamas Knowledge City's AWS (Adamas World School) field as the Ekam song filled the air. Adamas University's Ekam celebrations go from Tuesday through Thursday.
On January 9, there will be a literary extravaganza, and on January 10, there will be a sustainability exhibition. A sports competition inside the institution was scheduled for January 8–10, 2024. The victors of the Sports Meet and several other competitions were recognised at the closing ceremony, which took place at AWS Ground.

January 2, 2024: Adamas University recently marked a significant milestone in its commitment to holistic education by once again organizing the Adamas Winter Camp 2023 inside its 120-acre lush green campus. This time the organization was across three different dates of November and December. These three editions of the educational extravaganza aimed at providing the high school students of West Bengal, with an unparalleled and immersive learning experience through emphasizing the cultivation of creativity, teamwork, and personal development. Welcoming participants from a myriad of schools across the state, including esteemed institutions like Don Bosco, Kharagpur; Delhi Public School Kolkata, Kalyani Central Model School, Julien Day School, Rockvale Academy, Kalimpong, St. Anthony School, Kurseong, Methodist School, Dankuni, Kalyani Public School, Barasat, Agrasin Boy's Howrah, The different Kendriya Vidyalayas only to name a few. The Winter Camp ensured a very diverse and enriching environment and a different learning experience for all attendees, which also included the key teachers from every school.
The camp was 2 day and 1-night stay at the Adamas Knowledge Campus. September 6, 2023: The School of Media and Communication at Adamas University had the honour of attending the book launch ceremony for the gripping memoir 'Everything Changes' by best-selling author Sreemoyee Piu Kundu on September 1st, 2023. The participation of the acclaimed star performer Swastika Mukherjee and the seasoned journalist Monideepa Banerjee made the event nothing short of amazing. Their in-depth conversation included topics such as relationships, mental health, and the subtle interplay of fate (kismat) and actions (karma). This was a huge achievement for Irin Mondal, Banibrata Chakraborty, Ananya Ganguli, Shruti Tikadar, Shruti Chakraborty, and Barnali Burman from our School of Media and Communication. July 26, 2023: Adamas University, School of Media and Communication signed an MoU with the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) on 17th July 2023. This MoU will foster cooperation in terms of academic collaboration, internship, field visits, and other knowledge-sharing activities. It will be beneficial for the students in terms of industry exposure. Prof. Akash Deep Muni, Associate Dean, School of Media and Communication, Adamas University welcomed the dignitaries and spoke about the benefits of signing this MoU. Prof. Shauvik Roy Chowdhury, Registrar, Adamas University and Mr. R. N. Mahapatra, Sr Executive Vice President, PRCI signed the MoU. Prof. Suranjan Das graced the occasion with his presence. The founder and chairman of PRCI Mr M.B. Jayram; Mr Chinmayi Pravin, President, of the Young Communicators Club; Dr. T. Vinaya Kumar, Secretary General, PRCI and pan India chapters of PRCI were present virtually. World Public Relations Day is observed on July 16 and this MoU seemed to be an additional cause to celebrate.

During the press conference, it was stated that the institution's intellectual capital will play a critical role in moulding the future of thousands of students, allowing them to thrive in their chosen disciplines and make significant contributions to society. During the event, Professor Samit Ray, the Chancellor of Adamas University, announced the appointment of Suranjan Das, former Vice-Chancellor of Jadavpur University, as the new Vice-Chancellor of Adamas University, effective from June 1, 2023.

Adamas University Organises a Field Trip For Zoology Students
May 09, 2022: During the 2021-22 Session, the School of Life Science and Biotechnology successfully conducted a Field Trip for students taking Zoology as an elective course. Students went to Alipurduar, West Bengal's Jaldapara National Park, which has a diverse wild biodiversity. Tigers, leopards, rhinoceros, bison, elephants, and a variety of birds were among the animals studied by the students. Dr. Joydeep Pal, Dr. Srijan Halder, Dr. Abinit Saha, and Dr. Subhendu Bandyopadhyay, faculty members from the School of Life Science and Biotechnology, accompanied and guided the students. All of the students gained useful knowledge and explored the field of Zoology outside of the classroom.

January 22, 2020: Adamas University hosted third annual convocation ceremony in the University campus. Over 243 undergraduates, 63 post graduates and 50 graduands of pharmaceutical technology received their degrees. University invited Co-founder of HCL Group Arjun Malhotra as the chief guest of the event. Adamas imparts innovative degree programmes through ten Schools of Studies. These include Engineering & Technology, Management, Law & Justice, Science, Life Science & Biotechnology, Social Sciences, Pharmaceutical Technology, Economics & Commerce, Education, and Media, Communication & Fashion.

May 3, 2019: Adamas University hosted Human Resource Conclave in Gurugram. Over 45 prominent HR leaders were invited across various industries to share their thoughts and ideas on Mutual Expectations of Corporate & Academia.
