One of the best engineering colleges in West Bengal.

Placements: In the mechanical engineering department, almost everyone got a job, and their salary was almost 30k+. Many famous companies, like Pinnacle, RDC Cement, and Tega Industries, came and offered jobs. TPO did a great job. Basically every student goes for an internship.

Aliah University, an Institute with Great Potential to be One of the Best in the Country.

Placements: Aliah University is generally considered a Technical University where almost all branches of STEM Science are also taught at both the graduate and postgraduate levels. Absolutely Dissatisfied Because of Placements, but Infrastructure and Campus are Beautiful

Placements: About 60% of the 2024 batch were placed in my course. The highest package was 10.7 LPA, the lowest was around 2.5 LPA, whereas the average package offered in my course was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, and Rashmi Group. About 30% of students got internships from the 3rd or 4th year onwards in Rashmi Group and TCS. We are taught many computer-based subjects, which help in top roles.

Good Infrastructure and hostel facilities, placement record is also good.

Placements: 90% of students are placed from the engineering department. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, IBM, Infosys, etc. Top roles offered are software engineer and system engineer. Almost 90 percent of students got internships during the 7th semester at top companies like Physics Wallah.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement, but really good in value for money

Placements: About 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest and lowest average package offered was 12 LPA and 3 LPA respectively l, and the average package was about 4.5 LPA. Amazon, Cognizant and TCS are some of the top recruiting companies. About 25% of students were placed in top companies

The college is overall value for money, placements are average.

Placements: About 50–60% of students from the CSE batch are placed every year. The head of placement council is not very supportive. The highest package for the year 2024 was around 11 LPA, and the lowest was around 2.4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and cognizant come to recruit. About 4 to 5 students only got internships.

Aliah: a dream of nightmares.

Placements: Here, placements are variable and not to the point. If a student is placed through campus, the payout is not so good, and the work pressure is inadequate. I strongly recommend developing skills on your own so that you might get the amount you want to sustain.

Strong technical foundation with practical exposure, supportive faculty, and vibrant campus life.

Placements: Approximately 50 percent of students were placed in our course in the previous year. The highest package is 7 lpa and the lowest is 2.2 lpa. TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra are the top recruiting companies. No one got an internship from our course by the university. Web developer is the top role offered in our course.

A good college with a decent (average) placement and supportive faculties.

Placements: 50% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is around 50 LPA. The lowest is 10-12 thousand per month, and the average is around 3 lakh per annum. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Rashmi Group, Pinnacle Infotech, and Tega Industries Limited. Around 70% got internships in our course in companies or small startups. The top roles are trainee engineers.

I think this university is very good for students who want to study in kolkata in very low budget.

Placements: I have not completed the course yet. But my seniors told me that many companies come to this university for placements. And many of our seniors got jobs form the placement provided by Aliah university. The average package provided by Aliah university is 4-5 lpa.

Not very good facilities and average placements overall. Cleaning in the college is average.

A great university with good infrastructure, faculty, fee and placement.

Placements: The placement scenario is quite good. About 60% of students secure direct campus placements, while the rest find opportunities off-campus. The highest package is around INR 10 LPA, the lowest is INR 2.5 LPA, and the average falls between INR 5-6 LPA. Top recruiters include Wipro, TCS, RDC Concrete, Piramal Finance, and others. Placements: Placement is not great for core branches but around 90 percent of students get placed in CSE branches and 30 percent in core branches. Best college ever for middle-class students.

Placements: 80-85 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is 20 Lacs, the lowest package is 3.6 Lacs, and the average package is 4.5 Lacs. TCS, Jio, Streebo, etc., are the companies that come for recruitment. 70 percent of students get internships as Data Analysts, Software Developers, etc.

Comprehensive overview of Aliah University.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students were placed in the 2024 batch in electronics and communication engineering. Our university's top branch is CSE, which is filled in the first round of counseling. Our top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, Genpact, Livspace, Techno exponent, and India Mart. At our university, the highest package is 9 LPA on campus, whereas 50 LPA is off campus. The lowest package is 2.4 LPA. Almost 70% got an internship in their 3rd year at startups and many more companies.
