LFAT Counselling 2023, Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

Candidates can participate in the counselling process of LFAT 2023 as under:

• Go to the official website - The official counselling link will be availble here. 
• Click on Register and a new page will open up as under:

• Here, candidates need to fill all the details as well as details of CUET 2023 including scores, application number and normalized scores 
• Now, candidates need to select course, and fill the academic and personal details, as well as upload relevant documents
• Some of the details like CUET 2023 scores for the subjects chosen, ranks and category rank will be autofilled in the application form

Candidates can cross-check all details and submit the counselling registration form after paying the counselling fee. 

Candidates will be admitted to BA LLB course available at the following constituent colleges of University of Allahabad on the basis of their merit rank in CUET 2023, preferences marked by the them, and availability of seats:

The counsellling process of LFAT 2023 will be held as per the steps mentioned below:

Publishing of merit list - The university will publish a merit list/ firm list for BA LLB course based on the CUET 2023 scores. The merit list will be uploaded on the official website along with the counselling schedule. Candidates listed in the merit list will have to register, and participate in the counselling rounds.

Counselling registration and document verification - Candidates will be required to register online, by creating their profile, adding academic details, CUET scores, and uploading the supporting documents. They will be asked to re-upload documents in case of discrepancy. The exam authority will verify all the documents before releasing a list of shortlisted candidates.

Seat allotment and fee payment - Once the final merit list is published, candidates who have been allotted seats, can pay the admission fees to secure their seat. 

Candidates have to submit the following documents either in online mode or offline mode for document verification:

• CUET 2023 application form mentioning Allahabad University BA LLB and subject details
• CUET 2023 admit card for all phases
• CUET 2023 scorecard for Legal Studies 
• Class 12th and 10th mark sheets 
• Class 12th and 10th certificates 
• Recent passport size photograph (six) as uploaded in the application form. The photograph should be colour print with white background (dimensions - (2.5 x 3.0 cms)
• Documents pertaining to the reserved category as authorised by a competent authority
• For PWD category - Attested copy of Certificate from a Medical Practitioner not below the rank of Civil Surgeon verifying the extent (percentage) of disability.
• Income certificate for EWS category
