The deep overview of Amity's reality. Good placements, sprawling green campus and awesome crowd.

Placements: The placements offered in the Amity university are good. As a law student, we don't seek for any placements. The lawyers do not seek for the placements as we start practising in the courts. But yes we do approach for the internships. We in the college have a CRC cell which helps the student to get the internships in various fields and in good companies and law firms. For law students after our mid 10th semester, we apply for the internships either on ourselves or through CRC and get the internsh...

Amity University, Rajasthan.

Placements: The placements at the Amity institutions are good, but not up to the mark at the Jaipur campus. The students have to go to Noida for the placements in the major companies. Only a few local firms come for the placements in the Jaipur campus, but still, the placements are 100%.

Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur.

Placements: I got selected for campus placement from Pune, an LPO Mindcrest. Many other students also got opportunities. I cannot remember anyone from my batch, who was interested in getting the placement/internship through the college and doesn't get an offer from the same company. In short, Amity provides you with the internship/placement opportunities.

Review of Amity University Rajasthan by a final year student.

Placements: For several years, Amity has been showing a very consistent and great placement results, especially in the branch of computer science. However, this year placement season went dry, maybe due to the recession in the industries. We have a separate placement portal, where we get all the information about the companies which were visiting. We have a joint campus placement at Noida.

It is a good college but can become better.

Placements: They claim that the placement is 100% but actually, it is 70-80%, and even that is not worth. The average package is low. Maximum companies come only for marketing profile or also core sales job. There is not much scope for other specialisation students in case of placements.

Good placements in 2015, beautiful campus and very supporting faculty.

Placements: The highest package last year was Rs. 6 LPA. Companies like Amazon offer Rs. 2.5 LPA. Last to last year, the packages were better as it reached Rs. 6.5 LPA. Banks like Yes Bank, ICICI, HDFC visit. Hotels like Oberoi also visits. Very few companies visit for international business. For our batch, even now, we already have a company offering Rs. 5.3 LPA (can't mention the company's name as it hasn't reached us yet ). So overall, the placement is fine till now. Amity is a deemed university affiliated with Amity, Noida with beautiful campus and lake.

Placements: Satisfactory. Good in management but not in others. They provide internship with good law firms and qualified advocates. The highest placement package of the previous year was Rs. 6 lakh annum. There are no placements in the fields of law and mass communication. I would refer Amity to the students who want to do management and fashion courses.

Satisfied with faculty of university. Placements were also good in 2015 especially in CSE branch.

Placements: Placements of last year were good. Almost all the students who were eligible for placements were placed. Many companies visited the campus such as Wipro, Think & Learn and many other small and big companies. From campus placements, the highest package was 5 lakhs and the lowest was 2 lakhs. Overall, placements were good in the college.

Good placements, great infrastructure, best Wi-Fi.

Placements: The placements in Amity are good. Especially for computer science department, almost 85%+ students get placed. Average package was 3.25 lacs. Lowest salary offered was 3.2 lacs whereas the highest salary was 5.5 lacs by Ford. Now that's enough for a budding engineer.

Pros and cons of studying here.

Placements: I am placed. And the rest of my friends are also placed. It's not that easy to get placed. Working hard and conceptual knowledge can help you a lot (core companies). Non-core companies also come to our campus. For CSE graduates, the placement percentage was good this time. The average package offered was 3.25 LPA.

It is a very good college, not for money. The infrastructure is very good, environment is good too.

Placements: It is a good college for the MBA students and provides placements and internships even to those students who are not capable of getting placements. The college trains them and makes them capable of getting a placement from the college. The campus is very beautiful and peaceful as it is far from Jaipur. It is amazing as well. The faculty is very cooperative and experienced; they tell us very much about the corporate world so that we can build the personality which the corporate world needs in us. ...

The university is full of talent.

Placements: It has an average placement. 50-60% students got placed. The salary packages offered are in the range of Rs. 2.5 Lacs to Rs. 5 Lacs. Mostly, marketing companies are visiting. And sales jobs are being offered. A very few number of students are getting internships from the college. The students received Rs. 0 to Rs. 10,000 as a stipend. But, this year, some more companies are visiting our campus.

Placements: To the placements given by the Amity. Amity is good, and its infrastructure is awesome. 50-60% students got packages of Rs. 3 Lacs and 20-30% students got packages of Rs. 6 Lacs. Mostly, marketing companies are visiting, and sales jobs are being offered. Very few number of students are getting internships from the college.

Best private university in north India.

Placements: Placements assistance of the college is 100%. Many big companies like ICICI Bank, Apollo Tyres, Ultratech, Airtel, Shree cement, Legrand etc. came and took interviews. 60% of students were placed, 75% students got an internship from college. Average stipend was Rs. 10000/month. Overall there is a placement cell in the College which always assists the students to get the best placements. Rest depends on the capability of the student.

Good placement, infrastructure and facilities etc.

Placements: If you ask about the placement of my batch, I would say it's 80%, because 20% are those who weren't eligible to sit. Mostly, IT companies visit our campus, so there is a maximum number of chances to be placed in an IT company. The package depends on one's performance and the company. The maximum package was 7 LPA to 9 LPA.

Placements: Though Amity claims to give 100% placements on their website, that is not for each and every course. About 60-70% student were placed into various media companies across the country in my senior batch. Small media houses like Crazy Media Labs, Bulb World, Crystal Hues, HashTagit, Genesis Burson-Marsteller, Amazon, Astrum etc. did come to Amity Jaipur for placements as well as internships. The college is really far from Jaipur in the beautiful Aravali ranges on NH8. The campus life in Amity Jaipur was really amazing but the only disappointment was a good placement.

Amity's infrastructure can be ranked as one of the best in India. It has well equipped labs, a big campus and huge lecture theatres. Mess facility is not as good. Placements are okay with some big names like Havells, Hyundai, Bosch, Bombardier, Hitachi and Taj hotels that come for recruitment only due to the brand name of Amity. Administration is very bad.
