Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: I am studying in B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics course because I have a long academic career ahead. Personally, I do not look of immediate placement. Though immediate placement is offered in every course, and B. Tech students are more likely to get placed with a better job in the first go. Moreover, I hugely recommend not to join this college if you are looking for immediate placements after graduation. Most of the students here are brutal. I would suggest not to expect immediate placements after B.Sc Honors in Physics, but you can choose only when you are passionate about a life long research career.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is amazing. Amity offers you everything as far as awesome 4-star campus life is concerned. The college provides facilities like cafeteria, CCD and canteens. Food served in the mess is awesome, and it is vegetarian. The campus is huge to wander in evenings if you are a hosteler.

Faculty: Every institution has good teachers and bad teachers, and it is the same here. Some teachers in our college are awesome, and most others are pathetic. Courses offered for B.Sc. Honours in Physics include core courses and three compulsory courses like English, Psychology and a Foreign business language. Most of the faculty members are either frustrated due to administrative load, which does not give them time to absorb things which they are about to do. However, in some cases, faculty members are awesome. Other: I suggest you do not choose physics (Hons.) only if you want to do simple graduation. Physics (Hons.) is not for the faint of heart. I have seen so many people who joined this course and dropped out just because they were overwhelmed by the intensity of the mathematics involved and so many abstract ideas related to quantum mechanics. You cannot study physics without quantum mechanics, and it's magical as well as perfect mathematical torture.
